Great price on Brooks running shoes and free delivery. Excellent communication throughout concerning dispatch and delivery.

I had their Gait Analysis and was fitted with some fantastic running shoes, along with getting really useful advice.

I have still not received my online order nearly a month later. The company do not respond to requests for updates.
Really poor service. It's a shame as I was keen to support a local company.

So I have been waiting 17 days for my order and it left me greatly frustrated however I phoned the contact centre and spoke to a very friendly lady who helped resolve my issue.

I eagerly await my new shoes :)

I ordered a pair of Brooks trainers for my husband for Christmas, unfortunately they were too big. Advance performance were quick in getting back to me regarding getting an exchange. Sent them back but as the didn't have the right size in that same style gave me the next style up for same price.
What a wonderful company, will be using these for my trainers from now on.

After initial problems, AP contacted me by telephone. Apparently, fault with my email address. All sorted and shoes arrived soon after. Hence, I have given them 4 stars now instead of the initial 1 star. Shoes are good quality. Thank you to the staff at AP for sorting things out.

I purchased running shoes online at a fantastic price and there was a delay which was not the fault of Advance Performance. I was kept up to date by email and delivery status and even offered a discount code on next purchase. Very pleased with overall experience and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Wow where to start. Mike in the Cambridge store is an absolute legend. Helped me with everything from trainers to post recovery runs. Having thought I’d be conned into some shoes, I left an hour and a half later feeling that we could be best buds. 100% recommend and told all my mates to go their. MIKE IS THE GOAT 🐐

I ordered running shoes 2 weeks ago with a delivery date of 7-10 days given. Today I received a sorry they're late email with no estimated delivery date. That's not much good when I need my running shoes for competing. Had I known they wouldn't arrive for weeks, I would have gone elsewhere. Poor organisation on their part. UPDATE! My shoes arrived today by DHL and are amazing. A bit later than expected but all good now.

Unfortunately, shoes still being sorced while I paid extra to speed up delivery. So ordered on 26th and still awaiting to hear about dispatch on 8th January.

I have been running for over 30 years and regularly visit Advanced Performance even though I have to travel. Personal service and friendly staff always make the effort worth while. The confidence of wearing shoes that have been hand fitted is unbeatable. Great place to visit.

Great service and selection of shoes. Staff have plenty of time for there is no pressure to rush into a purchase they really want you to have the best experience and get the right shoe for you.

Advance Performance is my go to running shop.I normally go to store although their online service is second to none.Stocked with great running shoes and Nutrition for those marathon training and racing days.The staff are very knowledgeable,very attentive to individual needs and take time to get the best for your gait.Additionally go beyond to provide strength conditioning classes and beginner classes for all.
