The office is great. It’s very busy, yet I’ve never had to wait too long. Dr. Jessica Bernstein has a wonderful demeanor. She’s also patient, answers all questions & doesn’t rush me or my husband.

Dr. Brown and his staff, office group were great. Dr. Brown did a great job and I have no problems since the surgery.

I would say that the doctor and her assistants were top notch. The front desk staff as well as the facility itself was lackluster. Didn’t really appreciate sitting out in the freezing waiting room in between procedures. Made me feel uncomfortable. Also seemed like other patients who had been there previously were greeted much nicer than me as a new patient. Thankful the doc is good at what she does and is very personable with a great bedside manner.

Dr Patricia Klem deserves accolades as a dermatologist. She is a caring, excellent diagnostician with a warm, cheerful bedside manor. I highly recommend her.
