I had an issue with a hashboard from my S19j pro so I sent it in having heard that James and his company do a good job with repairs. They took a while to diagnose the issue but they were persistent and were able to figure out what was causing my hashboard to malfunction. It can be unnerving sending a hashboard through the mail to someone you don't know personally but the communication was great throughout the entire process and I felt confident that I was working with trustworthy and qualified repairmen. And how refreshing to see professional packaging so nothing is damaged in shipping the repaired boards. This is triple a repair service.
