Lyntrell is slipping.. the manager is always on the phone discussing personal matters or gossiping - making us wait until she is done with her personal conversation - something about going somewhere in the Caribbean to see a baby daddy…? Once recently, I walked in and she was eating a piece of chicken at her desk - it was disgusting watching her suck the bone, putting her greasy hands on my documents - gross!! And to top it all off she was dressed so inappropriately (her belly was hanging out of her undone pants, we could clearly see her entire stomach). Any standards going in here at this place of business??
We mainly stopped using this location due to her lack of professional skills, but needed to run in for convenience, we won’t do that again!
I read online in Nassau County Rants and Raves group that Lyntrell posted a fake review from a customer, somehow accessing her Facebook account- so don’t give her your phone!!
Also, I noticed that the contracts were not being reviewed and she skipped all the important mumbo jumbo that they repeat each time, but she did have her friend on hold, so she appeared to be rushing the whole time. Lyntrell did ask me for a review, so I’m giving my honest feedback. Mostly, I hate seeing her belly out on display, but the eating while writing a loan is just too much for me.
Luckily it was my last payment, and my friend recommended another online payday advance option that is working out really great.

This recent experience was really great! I had gotten loans at Advance America twice before, both times online. I went online again last week to get another loan, and the payment could only be in 5 installments instead of 6 as they had been before. I was told if I went to a store I could get it taken care of in 6 installments. Turns out there was an Advance store about a half mile from me. I went there, and in just a few minutes all the paperwork was taken care of and the deposit was in my checking account. (On a Saturday, no less.) The lady I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable, very nice and professional. She explained my repayment plan so well at the end, I was just so pleased. I knew exactly what to expect. Such a pleasant experience!! (She deserves a raise!)
