Advance America - Yulee - 463797 State Road 200, Unit 2 Anmeldelser

It is always a pleasure doing business with Ms. Lyntrell in Yulee. She is so encouraging, professional, and has the most amazing personality.

Travis was very helpful and very professional

It’s always so quick and easy if I go into the store, the one in Yulee, Florida the people in there are the nicest ever and if I do it online, it doesn’t take me not even five minutes. I appreciate you guys been dealing with you guys for years often and long Whenever I need you you’re there thank you.

What matters most to people is being treated with respect and courtesy. You walk into this advance America, first greeted with a smile and a warning hello, next your asked how can we help you. If all goes well and it does you get the help you need large or small. I seriously recommend advance America to others because in time of need they are there for you. I gratefully applaud the advance America staff at the Yulee location for their kindness, professionalism, curtesy and respect for all those who walk through their doors.

I’ve used Advance America for years now. Every single time I speak with anyone that personal is as polite, kind and helpful as can be. If I’ve had any problems they have never not helped me.

Lyndrell is amazing and saved me from a eviction please go see advance America and please know they will help you out no crazy interest like the rumors

I had the best customers service experience at the Yulee location.

Lynntrell is a great customer service rep

LaTisha helped me today and she was great. I appreciate all of her hard work and customer service.

Lyntrell is ALWAYS the best with helping me!! I adore her so very much!!! It is amazing to always see a familiar face.. simply a delight!!! Her new assistant Christian, was a pleasure to speak with!!

Lyntrell is slipping.. the manager is always on the phone discussing personal matters or gossiping - making us wait until she is done with her personal conversation - something about going somewhere in the Caribbean to see a baby daddy…? Once recently, I walked in and she was eating a piece of chicken at her desk - it was disgusting watching her suck the bone, putting her greasy hands on my documents - gross!! And to top it all off she was dressed so inappropriately (her belly was hanging out of her undone pants, we could clearly see her entire stomach). Any standards going in here at this place of business??
We mainly stopped using this location due to her lack of professional skills, but needed to run in for convenience, we won’t do that again!
I read online in Nassau County Rants and Raves group that Lyntrell posted a fake review from a customer, somehow accessing her Facebook account- so don’t give her your phone!!
Also, I noticed that the contracts were not being reviewed and she skipped all the important mumbo jumbo that they repeat each time, but she did have her friend on hold, so she appeared to be rushing the whole time. Lyntrell did ask me for a review, so I’m giving my honest feedback. Mostly, I hate seeing her belly out on display, but the eating while writing a loan is just too much for me.
Luckily it was my last payment, and my friend recommended another online payday advance option that is working out really great.

Customer service always number 1 with me ,the easy process of getting what I needed is what made my experience great!!
