It is frustrating when you are there in person, and they choose to answer the phone and spend 5 minutes in a detailed conversation with the caller and leave you standing there. Very poor customer service!

This is my go to company for extra cash to get me through. Yes, the money is expensive, but with a solid budget and a plan you can avoid the revolving door of payday loans. Advance America helps me do that.

I have had the best experience with the staff. Very helpful and extremely friendly. I feel welcome. The facility is always clean. And the transaction never takes long.
