As always when you go in everyone's always in a great mood they're always happy they're always talking to you they want to know how how much they can help you I enjoy going places where the employees are incredibly inconsiderate the one in Florida Middleburg is the office I go to just want to thank them for all the help and have a good day

I had trouble using the online account
I had trouble using the online account. So I had to go to my regular Middleburg location. Imagine my surprise when I found the office had been closed moved! So I had to find the closest office- in Orange Park- 11 Miles away! Once I got there the representative told me the other office had been permanently closed! Fortunately she was able to pull up my information and help me with a hew loan. But a real notice sure would have helped!

I live in middleburg so i went to the one on 2688 blanding blvd and the lady that was there was very infomational and also very high with customer service( i think shes the best ive seen or heard,,lol i might be in love,,jk,, ) but in all honesty pleasent, humourous, and polite. once again the best... thanksyou with all my heart PRICILLA..keep doing things the way you do it..

Mrs. Pricilla Brown assisted me in my time of need, at the Advance America, in Middleburg Florida. She was very helpful, very intelligent, and very personable. It was a pleasure doing business with her. This was my first time ever using Advance America, and if the need arises, in the future, I would gladly seek out Mrs. Brown for assistance. She explained everything in detail and make sure that I fully understood all of my options, before anything was signed. This is what Great Customer Service looks like.

Money and technology advice all in one location.
It has been awhile since I have needed some quick financial assistance. Your office has updated with a lot of technology and a new boss lady.
Well your boss is fantastic. I'm 76 and not the best technology expert. She helped me download my banking app, led me through all the steps to secure my loan and voila. $500 appeared in my bank.
Fantastic service and the young lady was a technology expert on top of everything. Thank you for your wonderful employee's and for your assistance in a timely manner when I needed it.
