Do wish you could lower the counters some. Would be beneficial to us on the short side

I mean, back in the days when you had to physically go to one of the locations, you guys had (and still have I'm sure) the best smiling, caring, empathetic, fast employees one could ever have for customer service, but now since you can do it now all online and still feel welcome and important, you guys broke your own record customer service wise.
