A great experience. Firstly, ordered 6 grips that arrived very promptly. I then subsequently mis-ordered another six, the wrong size. I emailed the company to inform them of my error. The order was cancelled early the following morning and invoice refunded. Correct order subsequently placed.

Really great customer service. Sent my ferrules next day delivery at no extra charge, after I had missed the email saying the item I had selected was out of stock.
