I would just like to say that I really appreciate Andy who sorted out a small problem that I blame them for but actually I missed an email explaining the item was out of stock, so I do send my sincere apologies. They’ve been excellent in sorting out a different item for me. I’ve had to eat humble pie but I hope they didn’t take too much offence to it.

I have just received my order and all is perfect. Had to make a change to my order and it was not a problem to the staff. They let me know that they had made the change so it was stress free. Great service would recommend.

I wanted some JumboMax grips to try, I placed my order and the following day they arrived, however I had ordered the wrong grips, sending them back was so easy and the guy I emailed (Dan) couldn’t of been more helpful.

Long story short, I ordered the correct grips via a link he sent me and the following day they arrived.

They were cheaper than I could find elsewhere and the service I received was fantastic.

Excellent customer service ordered the wrong sized grip emailed at 6pm on a Friday evening got a reply shortly after confirming that my order would be changed to what I wanted.

Outstanding!

I received a damaged and leaking bottle of HF-100 Tape Solvent and contacted Adore.
Without hesitation Andy apologised and informed me that a replacement bottle had already been sent. S**t happens...it's how you fix the problems that counts.
(Although relying solely upon a plastic bag for protection to a bottle of liquid might be worthy of review too!!!) Thanks
