5 Stars Isn't Enough for Nick and the A&D Team
Working with A&D Mortgage has been one of the best decisions we've made as a company. From day one, our Account Executive Nick Cobb has been nothing short of exceptional - always available, deeply knowledgeable, and somehow managing to bring a smile and a sense of calm to even the most complex situations. Nick doesn't just process requests, he actually solves problems, and that makes all the difference in this business.
But what really sets A&D apart is that the excellence doesn't stop with Nick. The entire team: underwriters, closers, the tech team, and sales; operates with the same level of professionalism and dedication. Deals that would have stalled elsewhere get done here because everyone is pulling in the same direction.

The company has a very bad reputation
The company has a very bad reputation. If you have ever borrowed money from them, you have a firsthand experience. They trap the borrower into high rates. If you have a hardship to pay, ther will be no assistance. Instead, the AD Mortage managed by Max Slyusarchuk will try to put more debt on you by accumulating the debt on their side through unnecessary litigation and legal fees. They never settle with the hope of getting as much as they can later. This company turns other people into bankrupts while building its own wealth out of them.

A&D is it.. clear portal, clear conditional approvals... their turn around time in reviewing submission is paramount. My account rep Ana Ellis along with David Wilsons team and even the "Closing Manager - Jennifer Watson" stepping in to make sure we met our timelines for closing a purchase with a Developer after 6-pm! Great Company to Work with
I had a difficult loan and everything Alana Sky said came true. This is my first loan with Ad Mortgage. Even though it was the first loan, I found their system to be very intuitive and easy to use. AD turn times are great, approx 24 hours. I really enjoyed working with them and will again I am sure.

being able to communicate by phone to all terminals helps with any confusion on any subject. Also the speed of which conditions are reviewed is super helpful. I have been a loan officer for 30 years and this just takes the anxiety of whether or not your loan is going to close on time out of the situation.
