I have been insuring with Admiral Marine since 2002. 19 years of excellent service.

My experience was as expected - a renewal thoroughly and most professionally transacted to my complete satisfaction.

I had been with my previous insurer for many years. Coming to renew this year there was a steep increase in the premium so I decided to check other insurers. Admiral were more competitive than my previous insurer yet the terms were almost identical. It was straightforward to complete the online form and then follow up via email exchanges and telephone to clarify arrangements. I gave four stars because I never give five - its just my way of trying to keep a lid on grade inflation.

Helpful as usual, fair market rates, prompt attention, I expect to renew for a 4th year in 2022.

Admiral Marine Insurance provided a competitive renewal quotation to existing customer. I had cause to make a claim the previous year which was settled swiftly and there was no penalty for doing so in this years premium. Good service at economic price. Just what you want.

A small mix up on premiums and probably 50/50 in rights and wrongs. All sorted with understanding on both sides and a pleasure to do this sort of business.

Damaged the keel of my trawler on a rock in Turkey. Had brilliant and quick response from Richard Chitty, the Claims Manager who got an English surveyor to visit with in a few days, and from then on assisted every step of the way with good guidance to fulfill the repair. Once this was done, the claim was settled straight away.

First rate service responding promptly to all queries offering knowledgeable advice and dealing with claims efficiently and very fairly.
