I like AdLabs a lot!

Great reporting. Super responsive dev team/customer support. I asked for an update to their dayparting charts to make them smoother to use and it was quickly implemented.

I use AdLabs primarily because of their dayparting feature, but I think they deliver on all the features they offer. Clean builds, no bugs that I've noticed.

AdLabs saves me time on PPC management, which I appreciate. I love their new MCP connection which adds a lot of firepower to my internal ai capabilities.

It seems the AdLabs team is committed to providing a great product and experience. I'm a happy user! (and that's even as I'm cutting subscriptions to other software and building my own).

Really enjoying Ad-Labs - I find the automation is kept under control whereas other platforms in the past the bids have run away!

The only think I would like is better control over keywords - when they negate and move to the next ad group there ends up being far too many keywords to manage.

I'd also love to be able to have more control over negating wasted spend.

AdLabs is without a doubt the best Amazon PPC tool available. I have tried every AI and automated solution you can imagine and none of them even come close to AdLabs. Using their software, bidding algorithm, day parting tools, etc makes it incredibly easy and effective to scale accounts.

If you understand the nuances of PPC this is the software for you. If you want to get better at PPC check out their YouTube and then get the software. You will not be disappointed and they can put their money where their mouth is.

I love Adlabs. It's smart, intuitive, and the customer service is unparalleled. It has saved me a ton of time and has helped increase team productivity exponentially. Current favorite feature is the search term analysis and negating terms directly from the interface. So much less cumbersome than using AMS.

AdLabs is great! I've gotten better results from AdLabs then any other Amazon PPC management tool I've tried so far and its still in beta. Price is very reasonable as well. Capabilities are improving as they continue with development but it has the essentials - bid management, search terms analytics and keyword negation.

I feel like I found a hidden gem when I started using this tool.

Among the countless software claiming to do thousands of different things with AI and automation, Adlabs stands out and focuses on what's important i.e. Control! Control with Amazon Ads Manager - a human rather than algorithms taking charge and making decisions.
The best part I like and use daily is the Data Analysis at speed. Groups and Pivot Table feature and bulk edits make my life as a PPC Specialist much easier.

Highly recommend as bid optimization software. Instead of dealing with clunky bulk uploads, we're able to tweak our Amazon ads without worrying about giving away control to an automated tool using a mystery algorithm. We love that we're able to set specific parameters based on what we're looking for, and then preview those changes before they actually go live. Adlabs gives us the control we're looking for (as if we're optimizing manually), while drastically reducing the time that would be spent running calculations and adjusting bulk uploads.
