My 95 year old mum bought a very expensive bed which after a couple of years stopped working. I tried to arrange a repair on her behalf and found the customer service practice completely unsatisfactory. You have to pay £189 up front but they won't give you a date when they are going to fix it. They told me they would call sometime in the next few weeks. What kind of a company doesn't have a basic diary/ appointments system? As a customer, it leaves you feeling used and unvalued.

Very well organised delivery and setting up of the bed, very friendly and courteous staff, quality and very comfortable product.

We didn’t have to wait too long for our new mattresses. We were kept informed regarding the delivery date and time. The delivery guys were careful and explained about periodic rotation of the mattresses. We find them very comfortable.

From my initial enquiry the experience of purchasing an adjustable bed was very good. No hard sell from the sales person. He listened to my needs and offered the best product from their range that met them. On the day of delivery the guys delivered the bed and set it up and explained its operation.

Bought a month ago fantastic still getting used to it.

Whilst we are pleased with the product and service we received we have some concern about the Sale/Purchasing process, ie one that allows price haggling between sales representative and purchaser. This method leaves one thinking "did I pay too much". We guess we'll never know. With regards to the product quality and features, we are pleased with the adjustment and massage functions as well as the comfortable mattress which has resulted in a better sleep and less aches/ stiffness when awakening. Would have rated 5* but for the price (£9000) we paid.

Met with the reps in the Royal Welsh Show. Wasn’t planning on buying but was looking for a new mattress. My rep was well informed and I went ahead and bought the bed. Delivery was effortless and the men were fantastic. The bed is very comfortable and the massage works well. So far I am pleased with it

the bed is good and the fitters were excellent but the bed has a design fault in so much as when the bed is lowered it will only go partway down as it catches on the headboard (headboard hugger). a spacer is required to keep the headboard away from the mattress.

Everything went smoothly. The ordering ,the measuring, the mattress needed to be extra long. Delivered as notified and old mattress removed same day as I had requested.

Adjustamatic got in touch with me, they were looking for my mother but she has passed away but I have inherited her bed! He came to look at the bed and I decided to buy a new mattress which I am very happy with. I had been meaning to get in touch with Adjustamatic but they beat me to it which was great!

Happy with our purchase. The demonstration with Victor was professional and he was good at explaining things to us.

Attentive and knowledgeable staff. Pete was extremely helpful. He took care to understand my needs fully and make sure that the chair I bought was exactly right for my needs.

Great product easy to use

The main reason for the 1 star is because a zero score isn’t possible. We had a rep, Usman Ali, call on 28/09/2022 on the pretence that the deal would be interest free. When he sorted everything out we were informed that we could not have the interest free. However we ordered a pair of chairs.
We were informed that they would be serviced and checked over before the 2 year warranty ran out.
We started chasing before the expiry date, but did not get an engineer call until about 3 months past the date. After finding some faults which he said would be dealt with. We are still waiting. I have since had to carry out repairs twice as the arms have fallen off.
We had been offered an extended warranty and service contract but at £25.00 per chair per month, being pensioners, we had to say no.
The service from this company is terrible and we would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am so pleased I bought the bed, it's faultless! I went in just to look at beds and came out having bought one. Peter the manager was very informative, showed me all the options, went through the pros and cons of each bed and did not try and get me to buy the most expensive bed; instead he helped me choose the bed that was right for me. If I hadn't gone into the shop, I think I would have bought a bed elsewhere via the internet and been disappointed. One really does have to go and look at the beds oneself to get a feel for the one that suits best.
