Avoid this poor company.

Ordered car play from them on July 26th told by them it was sent out to EVRI on july 30th
Now September 18th and no car play has arrived.
EVRI confirm no receipt of goods,after 8 e-mails to Addison with varying levels of excuses i am still waiting.
Had to have my card refunded.Worst outfit i have experienced in all my life SCAMMERS,
Avoid this bunch of reprobates at all cost.

SCAM. Ordered Dashview Pro on 1st July with stated 4-5 days delivery. 15th September, still no product. I between these dates I chased and was given various excuses; customer service person on holiday, EVRI have backlog, website down for 72hours, etc. Have initiated charge back with bank, but they’ve been told by Addison that they won’t refund. Absolute SCAM.

Update: I communicated with my bank this morning and this afternoon I appear to have received a full refund. I also left a bad review of the website on Facebook. Something worked.

Exactly the same as all the other reviews. Item didn’t arrive. Company haven’t responded to three emails and they don’t publish a phone number. Fortunately cancelled and got my money back through PayPal. Really, don’t waste your time with this mob

i ordred car tablet on the 19TH OF aUGUST delIVERY WAS SUPOSSED tO BE ON THE 28th i'M STILL wAITING> they do not reply to emails

I placed a order 45 days ago for £58 and still have recieved nothing. I have asked multiple times for my money back and they refuse to refund me. Absoloute poor service. They will not send your item and they will not send you your money back. Absoloutely disgusting they have stolen my money i have no item amd they will not refund me. They should be shut down.

Just don't bother.
Waste of time as they spend more time coming up with excuses, than delivering the orders. Thankfully I paid through a third party company who will take up the issue for me and wont be out of pocket.
I keep emailing to provide the evidence I need but it's clearly a scam.

This has been the worst purchase ever no delivery blaming courier relay who never received the goods in the first place after 24days emailed and told them after 30 days I would cancel my order for a full refund ,which I did only received an email saying the systems down. Consumer rights law2015 if no delivery after 30 days you have a legal right to a full refund, still no response, contacted bank to claim a chargeback just waiting for a response from the bank,

Absolute joke of a company took my money 5 weeks ago nothing still delivered managed to email they said they had a problem with thier courier then next excuse problem with the post office next excuse girl in office on holiday next excuse their shopify page was undergoing maintenance each time was asked to wait two weeks now it’s wait 72 hours this will not be the last I post about these people avoid at all cost

A complete SCAM steer well clear of this crowd.
Paid over €90 for an order and got absolutely nothing!

I really wish I read the reviews on here £90 on that dash pro thing should have been delivered 2-4days later that was the 9th August keep emailing them get same automated response I very much doubt any of us will see it or a refund. Also found outh that aar's office is the same as an accountants office so it's all a scam. Order number takes you too 17 track says it's still in china. No option to cancel

I been constantly emailing them to cancel the order and refund It's been 1month neither It's has update about my order or response Pakistani scammer.they blocked me from every platform

What a waste of time ordered 25th July waited a week tried several times to contact them messaged parcel company they did get back straight away they had not received the parcel and tracking number did not exist finely Addison answered a email said parcel company had it and had a big back log load of rubbish then said they had sent a second order out and if the first one turned up i could keep it would of been nice if they sent ether one but got told to wait two weeks so they could investigate so waited nothing I did ask one question is it coming from China no answer then on 20th August was told I would get a full refund but would have to wait ten days i asked what about my order still no answer do not buy from this company not good

The same as other reviews, a month to receive delivery. The instructions do not match the product. Poor service

My delivery of the dashboard screen hasn't arrived oer a month now. Messaged them but no reply. Scam???

Constant lies about delivery, even told me they had sent 2 so I could have the additional one as gesture of goodwill which was just another lie, the unit seams ok, the business seems to order your product from china so takes weeks to arrive, but honestly I would look elsewhere

Purchased dashbiew pro on the 4th July and still waiting now it’s 12th August they blamed courier but when contacting the courier they have not received item. I wouldn’t bother requested refund told me to hang on and now requesting again for refund under the consumer’s act so will see what happens

⭐ Very disappointing experience with Addison Auto
My original order was delayed for more than a month. After contacting customer service several times, I was eventually sent a replacement. Unfortunately, when the replacement arrived, the screen was broken and the unit did not work at all.

I contacted the company and requested a refund. I then had to return the damaged product myself and pay 237 SEK for the return shipping. I was initially told that I would have to pay the return cost, but later they confirmed in writing that they would reimburse my return shipping costs.

I returned the package, and the tracking confirms that Addison Auto received it on 6 August 2026. However, I am still waiting for my full refund and the reimbursement of my return shipping costs, and my recent messages have not been answered.

After waiting so long, receiving a damaged and unusable replacement, paying to return it, and then having difficulty getting a response, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Don’t bother as item was purchased in uk to be delivered in uk but it was sent from china to uk and took three weeks to get here, I opened a dispute as it took so long considering it was two day delivery from order, it arrived opened and contents damaged, emailed them many times but they ignored me, item is poor quality speakers are rubbish and missing advertised installed apps

Despite advertising fast shipping, the item I ordered took 3 weeks to arrive from China! They say "We are committed to providing exceptional customer service" - yet they have not answered 3 emails from me.
I want to return the item as it is damaged, but can't get a response. AVOID this company!
