Quick Certificate
Every 2 years, we have to go through this, and if there is a way to make it less tedious, that would be nice. The quick exam results and certificate made this course worth taking again, even if there are no avatars. :) Customer service was great.

Not great, definitely needs more visuals and an interactive way to gasp the information. The insurance queen on YouTube does a good job explaining the information in an engaging and professional way.

Although still able to retain…
Although still able to retain information required for exam and pass, the layout felt super outdated and some of the videos used to enhance learning experience didn't really help as it didn't truly align with content material. It was outdated and some of the terms used in videos wasn't used in content. I suggest updating supplemented videos if content changes over time. Other than that it was easy to use.

the review of getting my certifications back up to date was seamless. The information was on point and even though doing CE certifications is not a lot of fun it was not that bad and even though it was timed it went very quickly.

I love your online webinars but the topics have been basically the same since 2020. I would love to see more P&C webinar topics within Commercial Lines- BOP, professional liability, crime, employment liability, etc. I believe there would also be interest webinars on how recent social issues impact the insurance industry (COVID, civil unrest, international conflicts).

When I scheduled a continuing education…
When I scheduled a continuing education class on weekend for 8:30 EST on a Monday and pay for it.
I could not log and take the class because I didn't receive the sign in atheization. This happened twice once on 6/20/25 at 8:30 AM. So I called in to your help line and was LUCKY enough to get someone before
the start. Also a second time on 6/23/25 for a all paid for the program missed the start time on hold 7:00 AM your time until 9:00 my time. I missed work time to take the class .
