Much needed support system
It feels good to get motivated from a very grounded person who has been through everything from the scratch, helping people by giving the most refined information in a platter. Gave a sense of support that somebody is with us in this fitness journey.
Weight Training for middle aged women !
I too was among those ladies who had a mind set that gym is only for men & definitely not for women above 45 ! My weight loss journey started back in 2024 when my husband suggested me to try the gym. Each passing day I noticed a change in my physique, my posture, and even I observed that my outlook on life was changing as well .Thanks to my coach Adarsh Desai who consistently guided me through-out my weight loss program .He gave me a customised training plan as well as a sustainable diet plan (which acted as a catalyst in my weight loss training) .During weekly review meetings, Adarsh would discuss my progress and advice any correction required. He made me realize that weight training for women above 45 is much required as it helps to improve bone density, build muscle, weight management, quality life style and many more benefits. Weight training journey has made me a much stronger person not just physically but also mentally😊.
