Adamans Anmeldelser

I ordered from adamans on August 15th it is now October 15th and I have yet to receive my moissanite pieces. I’ve contacted customer support and they keep giving me the automated please give us a few more weeks while we get everything sorted. At this point I’m close to disputing this charge and calling it a day

Ordered 3mm Cuban chain, it came quickly. Very happy with the quality of the chain.

Amazing service, they even replaced my jewelery instantly after it was damaged ! Recommend their products highly

The quality is the best I’ve ever had long lasting

It’s all fake product. Terrible customer service.

If you want to elevate your style and stay within reasonable budget, look no further. The quality of the products are also worth noting and if something is ever not right, their warranty is strong and customer service is always there to assist.

Good quality and helpful with shipping and great price for quality

I’ve had my Cuban link and tennis chain for like 2 years now and they still shine and are in really good condition. I don’t get them wet though. Great product for a great price.

I purchased a couple of tennis bracelets, and I’m really happy with them. They look and feel like good quality, and they’ve retained their shine so far. I’m very pleased with my purchase!

When I received my necklace, I was surprised that the quality and design far exceeded my expectations...and I've researched men's jewelry for a few months before I committed to buy. Not to say I had low expectations, but the price could not be beat. I would recommend Adamans a thousand times over.

Avoid Adamans. Months of excuses and still no bracelet.

My experience with Adamans has been absolutely atrocious.

I ordered a moissanite bracelet in April. It is now October, and I still have not received what I paid for.

For six months, this has been a never-ending cycle of excuses, delays, promises, and what I can only describe as lies. Every time I am told the issue is being resolved, another excuse follows. At this point, I have absolutely no confidence in anything this company tells me.

Six months is an absurd amount of time to wait for a piece of jewelry that was ordered and paid for in April. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of accountability. Instead of taking ownership of the situation and actually fixing it, Adamans has repeatedly given me the runaround while I continue waiting for something I already paid for.

I have been more than patient and have given this company opportunity after opportunity to make things right. They haven't.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that you do not purchase from Adamans. There are far too many reputable jewelry companies out there to risk going through what I have dealt with for the past six months.

Save yourself the frustration, the excuses, and the headache. Shop somewhere else.

Ordered a tennis chain after a recommendation from a friend, highly recommended. Really quick shipping, get a lot of compliments about it too!

I bought two tennis chains and a tennis bracelet from this company a while back and the quality is completely unmatched. the shine of the stones is still as if it was brand new and not one sign of any tarnishing. I wanted to wait a while before writing a review in order to see how the quality lasts. highly recommend!!

Amazing customer service! The team has been friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. I really appreciate the communication and the effort they put into making sure everything goes smoothly. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that values its customers and takes the time to provide a positive experience. Highly recommend!

Great selection of jewellery. Fast delivery. Good quality products and some amazing deals. I have ordered 3 times on separate occasions and their warranty is 100 percent genuine as I have used. Will definitely order again

Used Adamans before with no issues. This time my experience hasn't been as good. Still waiting for my order which a present for my son
His birthday has past and still no delivery. Communication has been decent but still awaiting delivery. Not my usual experience to with this company

Somewhat deceptive. The pages from the "Moissanite chains" link to many of the CZ products (probably more than 1/2 of them). You have to look at many pages and read very carefully to know that you're not buying Moissanite. The CZs do look pretty nice and wear well. I've reordered some of the Moissanite jewelry and time will tell if they look any better.

Great communication along with a quality product. Customer service and Value are A+. Will recommend to all

I ordered a tennis bracelet from here am in love with it. It was fast shipping so no problems I loved the bracelet that much I purchased another for my sister. I will be ordering some other things that I got my eye on

Myself and my partner have ordered from Adamans on several occasions, all orders have been delivered so fast and the quality is AMAZING! We will always buy from Adamans for our jewellery now, you won’t find quality like this for affordable prices anywhere else!
