It's a clear cheating. Having given ad for cheap rate, fooling the customer while installing the software that is for phone.

Received product key which was already used multiple time and was not verified on mail or phone

I purchased a license and raised a query both over mail and over website contact form. It has been over 10 days and no revert from your side till date. This is my 5th or 6th purchase from you but i never faced such poor service.

I had purchased Microsoft Office Professional Plus with a lifetime subscription from Act in August 2025. The software was functioning correctly until I performed a system update, after which it ceased to work. I promptly sent an email to customer support, and they resolved the issue within a day. I was delighted with their prompt response.

i have never received mail for Confirmation ID

The purchased activation key for Windows 11 Pro doesnt work as it says it was already used on another device!

Immediately they respond for installation support and fixed. On time support.

First mail regarding the failure on Installation

Dear ActSoftware support team,

Skadomation solutions recently purchased Microsoft Office 2021 professional plus license key through ActSoftware. However, while attempting to activate the product via telephone,the Microsoft support team provided a link to enter the installation ID.
Upon entering the installation ID, we received an error message stating:
“Unfortunately, we cannot complete the transaction as our records do not recognize this as a valid product.”

To access the Help window, it shows that this product is already installed on another system. Also, you have provided the same license key for our previous purchase order (Order ID: 206488). Kindly check and provide a valid licence key.

Kindly look into this issue and assist us in resolving the activation problem at the earliest. Please let us know if you require any further details.

Third mail because of the same issue again

The license key used to generate the Installation ID is FCYNH-C269Q-VK68H-3JXPQ-M7YFX.
It appears that this same license key was previously provided for Order ID: 206488, which has already been activated on another device.

Still we didn't get any solution for this issue..

I had recently received a resolution to my issue with Microsoft office and actsofware resolved the issue quickly and response was positive.

I was a bit unsure at first about its authenticity, but it turned out to be completely genuine. The installation guide was excellent—clear screenshots that worked flawlessly. Overall, I’m very happy with this Microsoft Office license purchase. Great job, ActSoftware!
