My claim was handled by James White... The guy was helpful and went above and beyond his duties to fully explain my choices.... Settled on the right deal for me..... Best thing I've ever done.

My prospected policy was dealt with by a man called Jack Smith. Jack was professional but friendly and put me under no pressure. Explained everything clearly and had the time and patience to answer any questions I put to him. Would be a great value to anybody that needs a service of this kind.

Call handler was a human being and didn’t just talk in sales speak, the signal was lost several times during the call and the Tracey was very patient and kept calling me back. The premium was higher than I wanted and she looked for a way to reduce. She explained everything and gave me confidence in the product I purchased
