Great tennis holiday for club players
Had a lovely holiday . The coaches , Jack, Harry and Jason were friendly and encouraging and the tennis sessions were well organised and fun but also a learning experience. The holiday was hosted so you could join the group for dinner each evening making it good for anyone travelling alone .

My first Active Away holiday
My first Active Away holiday, and I wasn’t sure what to expect in terms of group dynamics—both socially and on the tennis courts. I needn’t have worried: everything was fantastic. There was plenty of socialising, but never any pressure if you preferred to do your own thing. The coaches were excellent (one of them was also in his very first week—you’d never have known), and they put in a tremendous amount of effort to make sure each individual got the tennis experience they needed. I'll definately go again.

It’s wonderful to know you enjoyed the balance of socialising and having time for yourself, too. We’d be delighted to welcome you back again soon! 🎾✨

High Level Coaching but also Magnificent Fun!
My husband and I have just returned from our 2nd Active Away Holiday (Beach Club Majorca) and have had the most fantastic time. Everything about an Active Away Holiday is just First Class, from the ease of booking to the transfers to the actual quality of coaching/drills is second to none. I can honestly say if you have a love of tennis then don’t hesitate to book an Active Away Holiday, you will NOT be disappointed. Aside from the 22.5 hours tennis coaching/matches we also had some private coaching. During our week we had the pleasure of George (the lead of the group) who was just a delight, then Jack who was in charge of admin/organisation of the wattsapp messaging to inform us of our daily schedule was the most efficient, fab coach, then there was Alex, the most talented, humble exceptional coach who put us both through our paces on our last day! And Jamie, the newbie :-) such a sweetie, you’re going far young man!
Thank you for such an unforgettable week of tennis at the Beach Club!

Wow — what a wonderful review, thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! We’re absolutely delighted that your second Active Away holiday was just as fantastic as your first, and it’s so special to hear that every part of the journey — from booking to transfers to time on court — felt first class for you.
George, Jack, Alex and Jamie will be over the moon to read your kind words. Each of them loved having you both on court, and it’s brilliant to know their hard work, care, and coaching expertise made such a difference to your week. We’re so glad you enjoyed the mix of group sessions and private coaching — and that the fun, supportive atmosphere shone through.
Thank you again for your trust and enthusiasm — we can’t wait to welcome you both back for holiday number three! 🎾✨
Kind regards,
Karah 😊🎾

This is absolutely the best tennis holiday you can do. Top quality coaching, fantastic group atmosphere, beautiful resort- and the food/drink was exceptional. But the real differential for Active Away is the care, thought and effort that the amazing coaches put in, to deliver an absolutely fantastic trip for their guests both on and off the courts.

Expert coaching ( thank you George Cann and Alex Juniper😊), in a beautiful location. I’d recommend Active Away to anyone who loves their tennis. After being slightly nervous about attending as a singleton on a week long break in Majorca, I quickly felt welcomed and a part of the group. I will definitely be back again 🎾😊☀️

Well-organised week, friendly and experienced coaches, fun holiday!
This was my second active away holiday and just like last time it was incredible! The week is thoroughly planned out and despite unfortunately having rain on both weeks, the coaches worked hard to consistently communicate with the hotel /adapt to ensure everything went smoothly and we played as much tennis as possible! All four coaches George, Jack, Alex and Jamie were very welcoming, knowledgeable and made sure every single person had an amazing week! From the moment you arrive, they’re there to welcome you into the hotel and help you settle in. They also create an encouraging and supportive atmosphere so it’s easy to get to know other people, help eachother and ask questions without any judgement. It was great recapping what I learnt last year; I have improved and feel much more confident playing doubles now. Would recommend this for anyone whether you’re going solo or coming with family/friends!
