Awesome class and the technique is explained by Akash in a very simple and easy to do manner. Akash's energy and positivity is a cherry on the cake. He knows how to hit the right buttons for one to come to a point of self realization and self assessment. EFT definitely helps to release the Emotional and Mental blocks but the trainer matters the most and Akash is a fabulous one !!!
