THE COMPANY, CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THE CLOTHES…….PURE TRASH!!!!

I would give it a negative 10 if I could. This shady company is operating out of China but has established a U.S. address in New York. Items do not arrive in a timely manner or as described, do not waste your time or money, go through other reputable sources. If you are a victim of there’s please file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission to help launch an investigation and to shut them down.

I've been ordering from this website about 5 years I just received two dresses that are absolutely horrible the material is cheap and the size is off I want to return the items for a full refund in being told because of the cost to ship back to them I should keep the dresses and they will give me a 10 percent refund I find that insulting I will never order another thing from this site. They must have changed their supplier because this is not the quality I have received in the past

AWEFUL!!!!!! DO NOT BUY. Cloths don't fit, low quality fabric and poorly made. I should've known the company was shady because you can't see any of the model's faces.

The clothes are flimsy and sizing is way off. No tags in clothes to indicate size or washing care. They offer you to pay return cost to China or they’ll refund you 10% to keep. I refused this plan and offered my own. If that doesn’t work, next step is to complain via PayPal.

Please don't waste your money and time. The package will have a random name and address in the US but this company is in China. It will cost you more to mail the product back than what you paid. Then they will tell you that they didn't receive it. They will go back and forth with you when you want to do a return. I ordered a white dress. It appeared to have been made in 15 minutes and did not have any lining; poorly made. Companies such as this should have to make it clear up front where they are located. In addition, what I paid would have cost the same in a store and I would have been able to do a return easily. I simply liked the style. DO NOT ORDER, if you value your time and money.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!@ I've experienced the same thing as everyone shared. The thing that gets me is they provide a return/refund policy on their website. For us as consumers to only send the email to the address provided doe them to offer 15% off next purchase ans 10% refund. They are a joke. When the merchandise is coming from out of Brooklyn, NY. I filed a complaint under the federal trade commission website under fraud. They are here to protect us and get our money back. This was an online transaction (commerce) from the way of one of the social media platforms. I recommendfiling the claim so they can buold up so they can work the case.. They will never provide that the international address is used for returns so they can keep getting our money knowing the shipping cost $46-$100 to ship the merchandise back. If this isn't fraud what is it!!!. I posted on ig about how poorly made the items are and the quality is truly unsatisfactory!! They deleted my post. Why are the hiding consumers post when they've been getting our complaints about the merchandise. I have acreenshots of everything. I hope the FTC contacts me really soon!!

This place is a complete joke. I order a outfit. Seconds later I changed my mind on the color. They said I couldn't get a full refund. I said you haven't even taken the payment out. Then the next day I get an email saying it is on back order. So not only can I get my money back, I don't have an outfit for the event. I had to purchase something else at the last minute. HORRIBLE SERVICE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

Ordered a two piece pants set with a sash/ belt. I received the top and bottom, but no belt, notified them they offered 10% discount. I responded dissatisfaction as the outfit is useless without belt. Now no one is responding. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Wish I would have read the reviews as well!!! I was told I should have reviewed their return policy and that with shipping it would cost more than the item to return!! Well I didn't see one a return policy. I was told to keep the item and do what please with it. I was offered a 15% discount!! Told them to keep their discount!! They advertise us beautiful clothing but deceive us at the same time!!! Take our money and won't refund us!!! They are scammers!!!!!!

Wish there was a -10 rating. The worst. Poor quality all the way around. The size chart is a joke. The same size across different pieces vary. Bought the same size in multiple items, but they are all different and it's obvious. Poor quality, cheaply made, nothing is lined. They want to give a discount on your next order to resolve the issue telling me how expensive it would be for me to ship it back to them in China. Packages had a NY return address. Ludicrous!! What they do is borderline criminal. Save your time and money smh

Similar to everyone else's complaint. Poor quality, cheap fabric, and defective items. Return policy a joke! Costs way more to return the pieces of junk fabric items to China than just give them away..I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered.. hard lesson learned for trying to go cheap. Won't happen again.. how they still get away with this mess I don't know.. hope someone reads all of these reviews before purchasing from them.

They are awful no refrund if needed! The product has a US address and the information sent to return is china . I mean if he clothing is to big or small like anywhere else refunds should be given. I will never order from them again

Pure trash. I ordered 4 items and all items looked nothing liked what was represented on their site. It was cheap material and the styles were completely different. A total waste of money.

Hello I'm glad to have read the reviews I was about to order this double breasted suits I'm glad I didn't all this scamming it started from Facebook never heard of acorn style. There a lot of Scammers go on facebook don't be fool for there products or clothing

This website is another vendor from China. What is advertised may not be what you get, and sizing may be incorrect. If you want to return it, you have to pay for your own shipping back to China (not the business address they have on the package) be forwarded.

I need to place a return and I have a copy of their policy. It indicates approval is necessary but no where does it indicate that it is international or that return costs are the customers issue. I have requested a return label and that they update their return policy with all appropriate details. They are ignoring me now. I am filing complaints with the DOJ, BBB, CFPB, FTC and every other government watch group I can find and I encourage you to do the same. I do no recommend the Company.

Listen I only gave one star because the item did come. But please do not order from this company. I’m literally sharing my experience with every woman I know. On Facebook and all. This company is a scam. I ordered a dress, waited 3 weeks to get it, arrived right before my event. It’s paper thin and looks nothing like the photo. I tried to return it but I’d have to pay more than the dress cost to do so. Please do not patronize this business.

Reviews I wish I had read the reviews also because I only got one of my items I reached out to them about the other two items I spent $100 the item that I did get was all balled up and wrinkled in the package I know I probably won't get a refund but I hope I do get my other two items wish I had read the reviews first
