The online store mistakenly lists accessories for older trampoline models as compatible with newer models, and detailed compatibility information is hidden in a separate "product details" section that must be opened. The old and new models are even named almost identically, making it even harder for consumers to distinguish between them without detailed knowledge of Acon’s products.
Finally, the customer service response to the issue simply states, “Have a nice rest of the spring!”...
Furthermore, of the three product reviews submitted, it appears that only the best one (4/5 stars) makes it onto Acon’s website, while the weaker ones are not displayed at all. Is it any wonder that reviews outside of Acon’s website are somewhat different, especially regarding customer service?
