ACI Learning has been an excellent resource for expanding my IT knowledge and sharpening real-world skills. The courses are well-structured, up to date, and taught by instructors who clearly have hands-on industry experience—not just theory.

What I appreciate most is how practical the training is. The content is easy to follow, relevant to today’s IT environments, and genuinely useful whether you’re preparing for certifications or applying concepts directly in the field. The learning platform is smooth, organized, and makes it easy to stay on track.

I would confidently recommend ACI Learning to anyone serious about growing their IT career, whether you’re just getting started or looking to level up your expertise.

I like the number of videos, practice tests, labs etc.. I do wish they'd give you flash cards and pbqs.

Easy to use, tons if resources, great labs, intuitive menus, and lots of test questions.

Instructors keep the information lively and informative.

I love the videos

I had to update my payment for my annual subscription. I had to create a new ACI store account that didn't link up to my On Demand account (I have an old account). I couldn't update the subscription payment until the ACI Store account was linked to my On Demand account. I explained the problem to customer service. I had with screenshots with a detailed explanations of my problem and didn't get any resolution and just had to pay the full price without the discount I originally had, which was a 60% discount at the time I had first signed up several years ago. Then they're asking how good they did. Responses were not prompt, responses were not helpful. 0/5 stars if I could.
The only redeeming value I could say is that they were not intentionally rude.

Awful and expensive (to me) service. I used my full government name on this review because I feel strongly about this review.

I didnt like the rate hikes things are already expensive. For the same services aive has for past year and prior. Loyal customers shouldn't be punished for continuing service but rather incentivized for continuity.

Y'all make it easy to listen and learn, plus the labs help as well

The different subpages within the website made it confusing as far as being able to watch the videos after buying a year's subscription, because the website kept trying to make me buy a subscription even though I already bought one and just wanted to get to the learning part. Everything else is great.

I used this tool for my PMP when it was ITPro.tv I had to come back for my CCNA, CISSP and my PMI Agile.

The videos are fine. Kind of come off more like podcasts, but still informational. The labs were the main reason I went with ACI and have been pleased with them so far. The wide range of knowledge bases available is also very appealing.

The videos cover all the details for certifications, and the online labs are incredibly helpful to ingrain the knowledge well
