Everything is great until you have an issue with payment ( which there was no issue financially ). My account has been on hold for about 2 weeks with no assistance at all. I’ve contacted support multiple times and they continue to fail.

Complete course content. I took part of this course through competitor site and saw the gaps I was missing in the first domain. Great content and delivery!

No new courses relying on old videos last time i will be renewing

I like both instructors , I was an instructor my self so I saw stuff that kind of bothered me , like one of the instructors kept saying , “if you will” very annoying. Need to stop the stories it’s bad enough trying to remember the info given.

I’ve used ACI before and it has successfully gained me my Sec+ and PenTest+.
A gripe I have is the lack of labs for some of the higher certifications such as the CASP+, CISA, or CISSP. The content is great, but some practicals would be nice even if items documentation practice or no -technical.
At this time, I’m working towards AV/ICT design related certifications, and since there isn’t a whole lot on BICSI or AVIXA material I won’t be needing the services of ACI at this times. Will resubscribe once I’m back to IT/Cyber work

I paid for Premium plan for a month so I could study for the CompTIA Cloud+ CV0-004 exam. While the video's were helpful, it was missing everything else. I wanted to practice with the test questions, but you did not have any for the v4 but for v3. I could have missed it, but I am pretty sure it wasn't there since I checked a few times to make sure but on the day I took the test, June 9'th, it was added. The V4 exam has been out since last fall, why is it taking so long to add study content? I paid for the premium so I could do the labs and practice questions, but had to settle on using the previous exam stuff hoping it would help some what. I would have just gotten the basic plan without the practice test and labs if I had known you all did not have the V4 of the Cloud+ exam study material. I was disappointed to say the least. Back in 2015, I had used, then, ITPro.tv, to study for my A+ and Linux+ exams and those were on point, but now I begin to wonder...

Extensive course library and the high quality of courses!

Great video, labs are helpful and I wish there are more labs for coding like Java, Powershell/CMD, More python, GO, Rust and how to make a script, make a app, website and anything to prepare for a interview for a job.

Some of the courses are out dated

The training materials were exactly what I needed. They broke down the concepts in ways that were easy to follow and retain for the exam. I was at a loss until I found this site recommended on Reddit. After watching the videos I needed to study for my exam I passed! I am so grateful for this site and its materials and highly recommend.

It's well laid out. The instructors have been engaging, and it's not a snooze fest. I have been telling all my IT friends that they should be using this site. I wish tests could be tied to the curriculum.

As a previous ITPro.TV subscriber I am disappointed that ACI has removed the apps without offering anything to replace them. I regularly would consume training content on my Ipad in situations where internet access was not available and the ability to download content via the apps was a major benefit. I will likely not continue my subscription going forward as this is a very important piece of functionality for my needs.

On the technical side, it's excellent, but the support is terrible. I filed a ticket over a week ago. They asked me basic questions, never answered me again, and they didn't solve my problem.

I passed the exam, today. :)

it was much better than most other courses that I've had. this course kept me engaged with the amount of info that was given. on top of that, it never felt forced or robotic. I'd recommend this course to others who would pursue a certification.
