Concerned
I liked most of the transaction but the ending. I was told that I borrowed more than I needed immediately and to make a payment right away to not be charged interest. I have made several efforts to do that but I still have no account and i am paying interest i wanted to avoid.

Excellent Customer Service
Shyla did a fantastic job explaining my options for refinancing my loan after informing me I was pre-qualified a couple days prior. Everything went smoothly with DocuSign and I was able to get all documents signed and submitted within the same day!

Great experience
From initial contact Lawrence was professional, knowledgeable and very patient with questions and answers. He explained the process and benefits. He was always responsive to question. Achieve is your best chance of getting approved
I was fortunate to speak to Tina Valdez from Achieve who assured me that she would get the best rate and terms possible and she did exactly that. She explained everything in great detail and helped me to understand how the different credit bureaus view and report Helocs which can affect the utilization rate and the chances of getting approved. I can say with confidence that Achieve is the best chance at getting approved for a personal loan since other lenders just flat out rejected me. I’ve even passed along Tina’s number to family and friends to apply directly with her and no need to go online with vague information.
