Our mortgage broking services include assistance with buying a home, refinancing an existing mortgage, investment property loans, construction finance, debt consolidation and reviewing current lending arrangements. At Accumulus, we understand that arranging finance can feel complicated or overwhelming. That is why we take the time to understand each client’s circumstances, property goals and longer-term priorities before exploring suitable loan options. We explain interest rates, fees, loan features and lending requirements in plain English, helping clients understand not only what their options are, but why a particular approach may suit them. Clients receive personal, end-to-end support throughout the mortgage process, including the initial fact-find, document collection, loan comparison, application preparation, lender communication, approval and settlement. We aim to keep clients informed, answer questions promptly and make every stage as straightforward and stress-free as possible. As a small family business, every client relationship genuinely matters to us. We do not view clients as application numbers or transactions. JT is a Mortgage broking Wizard

We honestly cannot recommend John Tindall highly enough! His experience, expertise and sheer diligence have secured us a mortgage solution we genuinely never thought would be possible.

Our income situation is far from straightforward, but John navigated every hurdle with incredible professionalism, patience and a great sense of humour along the way. His knowledge of the lending landscape is second to none, and his determination to find the right solution for us made all the difference.

What could have been an incredibly stressful process was made so much easier knowing we had John in our corner. We are beyond grateful for his hard work and couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Exceptional service, knowledge and support from start to finish!

We honestly couldn’t recommend John Tindall highly enough. From the very beginning of our mortgage application through to navigating the finer details, John was there every step of the way. He was always just a phone call, text or email away, and no question was ever too big, too small or too repetitive!

We asked what felt like a million and one questions, and John answered every single one with patience, professionalism and an incredible depth of knowledge. He took the time to explain every concept, clause and detail in our contracts so we could genuinely understand what we were signing, rather than simply being told where to put our signatures.

What really sets John apart is that his expertise goes well beyond the mortgage itself. He was also more than happy to go through our HIA building contracts and forms with us, helping us understand the details and make sure we were getting the best possible value for our money.
