After reviewing your enrollment, we can confirm that you enrolled in one of our Foundation-level credential pathways — programs specifically designed for beginners, career-transitioning adults, and students entering the field of integrative and functional health for the first time.

Based on the professional background you described as an Exercise Physiologist and Anatomy & Physiology Professor, you were operating significantly above the intended academic entry point of the Foundation curriculum from the start.

Every student enters at a different level. Not everyone has had the same educational opportunities, formal academic background, or ability to spend years in higher education environments. One of the primary purposes of our Foundation pathways is to make entry into the field more accessible for everyday people who are just beginning their journey and would otherwise never have access to structured education in these subjects.

Foundation programs exist to build accessibility and competency for newcomers, while our higher-level Diploma, Master Practitioner, and Fellow pathways are designed for substantially more advanced clinical, assessment, and practitioner development work.

Quite simply, you would have been far better suited for one of our Master or Fellow-level programs rather than an introductory Foundation pathway.

Expecting a beginner foundation curriculum to match the depth of advanced postgraduate-level professional education would naturally create a disconnect in expectations. The Foundation pathways are intentionally structured to simplify concepts, support non-clinical learners, and provide an accessible entry point into the field.

Regarding your comment about women over 40: some marketing references reflect the demographic most commonly represented within specific wellness career-transition cohorts. Enrollment itself is open globally to students of all ages, professions, and backgrounds.
