Its a total Scam. They wont let you change the email to the account you buy, till a month has gone by. I have already raised a dispute with Papyal, as they have recovered the account within 2 weeks of purchase. So they want the Paypal cooling down period to end so they can recover their account and resell it to their next victim. Dont get lured! Stay away from these scammers. They make the transaction fast and easy which is attractive, even with gold, but thats all a lure to gain your trust. DONT DO IT! I'm sure Paypal has had many disputes raised against them.

Buyer purchased a digital good(gaming account) via Account4rs also referred to as Gamerluck Services on Paypal. The buyer purchased the product assuming that he/she will be able to get a full refund if the customer wished to return the good shortly after receipt because it did not match what was on the website. After using the digital good for less than 12 hours, the buyer has contacted the seller to request a full refund in which they’ve refused. Buyer then requested partial refund in which the seller denied because they buyer filed a dispute with Paypal services. Due to the fact the buyer filed a dispute, the seller immediately recovered the gaming account without the buyer’s consent. The buyer contacted Paypal and was advised to contact their financial institution(Bank of America). The buyer then attempted to contact Alice from customer support to get the issue resolved in which she can't issue or a refund. The buyer will contact BankofAmerica to file a dispute and escalate the dispute with Paypal.
