Cancelled on the day after a month’s…
Cancelled on the day after a month’s wait — then another month’s delay
After waiting over a month for an appointment to repair my garage doors, I was told at 10am on the day that it had been cancelled. The proposed solution? Wait another month.
An absolutely shambolic service. Having already waited weeks, being let down on the day and then expected to join another month-long queue is unacceptable. It shows very little regard for customers or their time and has left me with no confidence in this company.
Helen deserves credit: she was professional and apologetic throughout. Unfortunately, her handling of the situation cannot make up for the company’s appalling service.
