I just bought a home using Mr. Tony Denman as my mortgage broker and they made it the best experience I could ever imagine, they were very professional they helped me out all along the way explaining everything I needed to know and I just closed last Friday God bless Mr. Tony and Acccess Bank

access bank is one of the worst bank to bank with in Nigeria, I have been banking with them since 2011, their services is bad most times no network, the worst of all is when you transfer money from your access bank account to another bank account the will money will leave your access account but the money will get to the other bank account, and I called and called issue not resolved, email several times I get reply back from them saying they are looking into it they get back to me soon, soon I will wait it I will forget, but still my money not returned nor send to the intended account, I have this issue call failed transaction several times they didn’t return or send it to the payee’s account. Don’t be a victim of access bank, think of other to bank with, I will not recommend access bank after banking with them. I will say NO NO access bank

This bank have so many corporate thieves. If you don't want to loose your money , stay away from this bank if you're not domiciled in Nigeria. Access Bank is the worst bank. You could log in one day and have certain amount today and another day you funds would be completely wiped out from the app without notice. The customer service reps are useless and unhelpful. They do not have integrity whatsoever

I wish I could give zero stars. It is extremely difficult to reach a customer service representative, and when you finally do, they either hang up on you or block your number. This was not just a poor experience but a truly HORRIBLE one.

For weeks now, I have been requesting to switch from a transaction token to a transaction PIN within the Access More app to make fund transfers easier and smoother. The token system requires me to use an entirely different app, which complicates the process unnecessarily. Despite multiple attempts and extended delays, I was only just informed that I need to provide my NIN to complete this request. This level of service is unacceptable, and the lack of transparency and communication is beyond frustrating.

Had to wait 3 Hours, and counting to get a failed transaction reversed. Mind you, this complaint was lodged some days ago. It was not attended to.

I'm talking about ACCESS BANK Umunze. You can see that the Operational level here is desperately mediocre, sub-standard, and lackadaisical.

They don't think they should do any better, or that they are actually attending to people who are on the move.

I have to come here again today, and despite have tendered my complaint as it should be, after queuing, the issue is taking donkey years to get solved.

This Era has no space for such business practices.

The bank has very poor customer service culture that lack any consideration for customer satisfaction or quality of service they are rendering. They seemed to be interested only in deductions like card maintenance fees, alert fees and the likes.

What serious organisation will refuse to respond to an email for 7 day whole days & still counting,

You are very bad at calculating.
What is the use of ur debit and credit alert if eventually you will calculate nonsense
And you remove money without any reason.10,15,20# in bits....becos u know ppl won't complain Abt such amount.

PLC Bank & PLC Mortgage don't communicate with each other, so attempting to go to brick and mortar to resolve mortgage issues is a dead end.
Online access is slow and cumbersome. Think website from 2005 and you get the idea.
Online banking access doesn't communicate with mortgage 'arm' either, so if you want to see if you have a pending mortgage payment, or want to schedule/reschedule, ain't gonna happen. Calling Customer Service means no access on a bad day, 60 minute wait on average during the week, or 10 minute wait if you're lucky. Once you speak with a REP, if they have an answer, brace for the red tape script.
PLC wasn't my choice for mortgage - my loan was assumed. BUT if you are in the market for a mortgage - go somewhere else.

Access bank Nigeria refused to increase my transfer limit and they never pick their calls , they will keep tossing customer up and down. I give you people -100/100.

Update, access bank later attended to my request and increased my limit in less than 24hrs on 11/8/24 . If they continue to work in this manner they will be rated 5 star by many.
I give you people 100/100 for the job done today. Thanks to the great team who attended to me.

Access Bank is the worst bank I have used. Money was sent to my account for over a month, Access Bank refused to credit my account, and they asked for the reference number uptill now I have not been credited. no one reached out to me, Access bank basically deserves no star.

Access Bank, Garden branch doesn't even deserved one start actually. There staff don't know their work have been here from more than 45 min just for a withdrawal. It's a worst branch among all ur branches. Educate them from reception to branch manager no one knows their jobs

They are very insensitive to customer’s plight.

They don’t mind restricting you access to your funds for months , for no reason and still receive all the document and even video verification.

This bank is the worst , they make you suffer for your money.

My access africa transfer was cancelled and reversed by the receiving bank (Transferwise Ltd), Now for access bank to credit me my money is a big issue for the past 48 hours. This is so unfair, please credit me my money.

Did not get needed information on the website, but got it explained by a rude customer service representative by phone. Very rude and uneducated woman. Why would you take such people to work? I don’t want to work with your bank anymore. Check who you’re employing better. Customer service should not be rude for no good reason.

Worst bank ever seen in my entire life. I have been asking for soft Token for more than three months. I live outside Nigeria and they have been asking me to bring all my documents which I have given to them.They said that my Nigeria passport is out of date, are you the immigration officer?.The country where I am now, the passport I sent there is in date. I don’t get it. The customer service is good but not active. I rest my case until I get to Nigeria any year and I will close the account.
