I experience false information on their website, I booked free consultation as mentioned on their website but when I got call then I ask them about free consultation and they said no and ask me general question and in a call they said there is no free consultation then I asked if they have office, which they did not have and made me feel like fraud.

Mr Ali gave me confidence right from the very beginning. Even before the consultation, he provided clear guidance about what to expect and what documents would be needed, which helped me feel prepared. During the process, his professionalism and understanding really stood out. He handled everything efficiently while remaining approachable and supportive. The outcome was excellent, and the service proved to be significantly more affordable than previous experiences I’ve had elsewhere.
Before I even booked a consultation, I felt welcomed and reassured. The initial
communication was clear and professional. Once I started working with them, they
guided me through every step and made sure I felt supported. The final result wasn’t
exactly what I wanted but I understand it and accept it.
From my first call, I felt the team genuinely cared. Before the consultation, they answered all my questions thoroughly. Throughout the process, their professionalism and personals support really stood out.
I found this company through an ad where they claimed to be specialised in working with dads on children arrangements and reconnecting them to their children.
I was assigned to a specialist called “Jay”. This person had no empathy and spent most of the time asking when the next payment would come.
At a certain point he said he would do a specific task inside the scope of the initial but then he came with a new email charging DOUBLE (another 3,000 pounds adding up to 6,000)
He even sent an email saying:
“ This will be my final email on this matter”
Meaning, if I didn’t pay there would be no further email. Like a ransom note of sorts.
Since I was still inside the 14 days cooling off period, I sent an email requesting all my payments to be refunded. The only reply I got was an automated reply.
I haven’t heard back from them since.
