Friendly service
I was happy to find a auto insurance that was close by. The agent was kind and cheerful. He also gave me a really great price so that was really great being that other companies were charging 2 to 300 more. It was quick, I was in and out within minutes so overall, really great experience so far. We never really know how great an insurance company really is until we've been in an accident but if that should happen, I hope they will be fair and be honest. But for now, I like the insurance company.

I have been customer for more than a year and this past month when I renew my insurance I left some credit on my account cause this person called daysy she don’t have change cause I pay cash but she told me on the first month can I use my credit but I decided to saved for the next month when I tried to used she told me I don’t have any credit somehow the credit disappeared magically

Access is a great insurance company, the agents work diligently to satisfy the customers needs.
I recently renewed my membership, the elapsed time period was lengthy, the agents kept in contact weekly, with patients and understanding, and solution, the my dilemma. I have and recommend the associate at Access. Thank you for this opportunity and privilege.

Dissatisfied Customer
I had uninsured motorists coverage along with liability. I was sideswiped by a motorcycle which fled. I filed a claim which was denied. It's apparent the E.C., IN co. does not know Indiana law concerning this matter. When my lawyer friend becomes available I'll be discussing what went on.
