Both our sales rep and our bus driver were very friendly and professional. We will definitely use them again.

We had a good experience with Academy. The price was good and booking the company trip was easy. I did not have any Negative feedback from my group except the driver was not friendly. Multiple individuals came to me and said they got on the bus and said hello to the driver and thanked her for driving them and they said there was no verbal response and no smiles. Her demeanor was not good at all and she was not personable.
The driver was on time, in fact 2 hours early before we had to occupy the bus. The bus was clean and the ride seemed to be okay.
Thank you academy for helping make our event smooth and pleasurable.

The bus drivers were on time and were courteous to all students on our field trip. I was very pleased with our experience and plan to use Academy Bus in the future for field trips.

They were very accomodatiing to our students and staff, on time and great customer service in regards to payment and ordering!

My driver was all around a good person. If i were to ever use you guys again i would request the same driver

The reservation process was great, the representative (Jennifer V) was very prompt and resourceful.

The drivers (Bruny & Eady) arrived well in advance of their scheduled pick up time and were very professional and courteous.

We used Academy for our wedding shuttling needs. They did a great job and got everyone where they needed to be! They were on-time and ready to go when we were...only piece of feedback would be to make sure we are clear on the pick-up location as we weren't totally clear on that (as it was the city and 5:30 p.m. on a Friday) so that created some brief confusion!

Academy was amazing! The driver was wonderful. Everything was on time and fabulous. Getting a quote easy and the contract process was quick.

I recommend this Academy coach buses it was a great experience the bus was on time, and the driver was very kind and professional

Our bus arrived right on time and our driver (Janice Randall) was excellent. She drove us safely and expertly getting us to our destination on time and returning us home with time to spare.

Driver is wonderful! Our ride has been great.

Awesome bus driver!! The ride to the Biltmore was awesome. We are so appreciative of the bus driver and the smooth ride there and back home.

Excellent service. Driver Barry is courteous and nice.

Just completed a great week working with Academy Bus out of Miami. Sales Representatives Jennifer and Maria took great care of our schedules and were able to make adjustments efficiently. Our driver Joe was superb. On-time, professional, and friendly - Joe even called ahead on his own to ensure his Academy Bus could park at a local restaurant to support one of our social events.

Thank you and your drivers for the smooth way in which our trip to the Liberty Science Center was handle. Your drivers were on time for both pick up and drop off. They were very pleasant and professionals.

I will definitely recommend your company to my colleagues
Sincerely
