Too many fees and expenses with instrument rental. For the cost, I could actually purchase an instrument for significantly less than the rental.

My son has been learning piano and drums at this music academy for about a year and a half. During that time, he has had great teachers, enjoyed his lessons, and improved a lot. The communication with the front desk staff has also been truly wonderful. Whenever I had a question or needed help with rescheduling, they were always supportive and willing to assist.

Kindness Matters
We wanted to give our instructor Nick some new guitar strings for Christmas, so we purchased two packs of strings, not sure of the gauge he preferred, the front desk let us deliver them in person 😳. The front desk also let us know that if it was the wrong gauge he could exchange them. Great people and great instructors!

Hi Daniella,
Thank you for your review on Trust Pilot. I just want to follow up with you to make sure I answer any and all questions you may have with your cello rental with us. Yes, rental instruments may have cases with scratches and nicks sometimes. However, we make sure the integrity of the case can protect the instrument.
I have attached a paragraph from the Instrument Rental Agreement you signed for your review.
Reconditioning Fee:
All rentals per this agreement will be assessed a reconditioning fee regardless of length of rental per the following schedule; Percussion Kits, Guitars, Violins, Violas will have a reconditioning fee of $20.00. All Brass and Woodwind instruments: Piccolos, Flutes, Clarinets, Trumpets, Trombones, Alto Saxophones, Tenor Saxophones, French Horns, Baritones and Cellos will have a recondition fee of $30.
