I received a larger frame than I've ordered but customer service resolved this problem very quickly with no hassle for which I'm very grateful.

I ordered one canvas print and two framed prints (all of artwork they feature on their website). Delivery was fast and the quality was absolutely excellent. Impressed and I would certainly use them again. Pricing was reasonable, not overpriced for what I received.

Frame received and exactly as expected. I had one issue as I had ordered the incorrect hanging style - should have been landscape and I ordered portrait in error. I emailed customer services who were absolutely amazing! I received some additional hooks and hanging rope 2 days later. Will definitely use this company again.

I started drawing in lockdown 2020 and was soon selling portraits. I’ve tried every other frame supplier that I can think of. Abstract House products are the best. They are consistently the highest quality, the best made, and are the perfect way to show off my drawings. A little more expensive than some but a far superior product all round.

We have received our delivery of 3 x oak wooden picture frames. We were a bit disappointed to find that the frame is not actually oak, only has an oak-like finish. We found the description of the frame misleading - ‘Oak wooden picture frame for art prints’ when in reality it is a 'wooden picture frame with oak-like finish’. For this price we expected the frames to be solid oak with solid oak finish.
Upon contacting Abstract House since their customer service has been exceptional and they readily rectified addressed our concerns, going beyond what we would have expected. Thank you Abstract House.

The quality of the pictures, mount and frames are superb and I am absolutely delighted with my purchase. I would have no hesitation in recommending Abstract House to anyone.

Abstract House has lovely prints. I was able to find interesting prints that I could not find elsewhere. There was an issue with the initial prints that we received; they were damaged in transit. Customer service was very accommodating and immediately sent a replacement. The new prints were in great shape and came in a tube which added extra protection. Shipping was very fast, despite my being located in the States. I am a little disappointed because the size of the print does not fit my frame. I ordered the 30x40cm print which should fit a 12x16 inch frame, but when I measured the print that I received, it is closer to 30x43cm, which is too large for the frame.
