I would recommend Securerenewables to anyone. I had my solar panels and Fox Ess battery fitted 18 months ago it has not only saved me money but also made me money. The whole team were very professional. I wish I’d had my solar panels and Fox Ess battery fitted years ago.

We had solar panels installed Spring 2022 and apart from a tough initial visit from the rep we went ahead with the installation. We had to have a team back within the year as the dongle for the data collection was'nt working, we had to go weeks without contact from Michael in the Installation Team and when we eventually spoke to him he agreed to send out the team, Hooray we said with anticipation, it took 5 minutes to sort out. Unfortunately this has happened again and we have been without data because Michael promises to ring you but NEVER does. We have been unable to get anyone since May this year and we have even sent a message to request a quote for more panels and the Master Board moving as we cannot access it where it has been placed. PLEASE contact us' we need this issue rectified.

The work has been done quickly and efficiently.Everything explained before work started and during installation.The team of workers have been a pleasure to be in our home.They left our property as they found it.It will make such a difference to our lives.A big thank you to all!

Absolute renewables were great at the start Robert the sales rep good at his sales pitch. When contacting them you spoke to Michael he gets everything sorted but now when you try and get in touch the phone is always engaged I even tried to phone the the MIDDLESEX number they said they don't deal with any body that installs solar panels so something is very wrong somewhere. so if your there Michael can you please get in touch with me hopefully MR GILMOUR.

A nightmare from start to finish. The representative was with us for 3 hours which was far too long to concentrate on what he was offering. The panels were fitted and the installers said download this app and all will be sorted. That was February 2023 we are now July 2023 we still have no solar power and no help or interest from absolute renewables it has cost us £7000 octopus energy have been more than helpful in trying to get us up and running but still no solar power. Do not deal with this company (absolute renewables).

I got free heating from this company i have no complaints. I got insulation and a new boiler and they all work perfectly. Couldn't recommend this company anymore!

It has been a dreadful experience with Absolute renewables (Absolute Solar Panels). I had the sales guy (Robert) who did the pitch on 25th Nov 2022, we went ahead with the contract by paying initial amt £500 and were told that the work should get completed by mid Dec. Its 12th Feb I have only received the survey report which had so many errors, especially where they had the design to put up panels on my neighbours roof along with mine. These things clearly shows how laid back and sloppy this team works. I was told 2 weeks back that I will be getting a call the next day informing the installation date, and there has been no calls from anyone. I have been trying to contact the project manager for weeks now, and he seems to have disappeared completely. really pathetic service, two months gone and zero progress.

We had the most awful experience with this company (absoluterenewables.co.uk Also operate under the name absolutesolarpanels.co.uk). We were pushed into signing a contract and paying up a deposit on 3rd Dec (Saturday), only to realise that the deal was not right for us. Their cancellation policy is in like with English law so we were fairly certain once we cancelled on 6th Dec (2 days later) we would get our deposit back. But the company has informed us that they will be keeping back a substantial part of our deposit for a survey they have booked for 12th Dec, quoting they cannot cancel the survey. They neither follow their own policy nor the law. It was an awful conversation - worse kind of corporate harassment I have ever experienced.

This company trades under many names - absolute renewables, nationwide renewables and absolute solar. All of which are managed and run by the same group of scam artists. My partner came to work for this company in the hope of providing our family with a prosperous future. Instead, all he got was into debt. The training schedule is horrendous. 5 full days which are all UNPAID (he was out of the house for 13 hours a day). He then received his first client the week after, 6pm in the evening and didn’t get home until gone 11pm. Same again the next day. No expenses were covered. He had to buy new materials including an iPad, which was never reimbursed. He spent over £300 in fuel for the first week which he was promised back, again never saw this. This left such a financial burden on myself as I was trying to pay for everything and we have 2 small children. My partner never received the commission he was promised from selling the solar panels. He left the company THANK GOD before we got into real financial trouble. He stayed in touch with the people he met on the training and the plot just thickens. They were promised £200 a week as a base salary but they have all been ‘fined’ and received next to nothing. All of the sales representatives he has kept in touch with have said they feel terrible trying to sell a product to people when they know the company are a huge scam. One of the owners went to prison for scamming customers !!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We had a "salesman" called Johnny turn up at our house on the the 2nd September and then again on the 7th September 2022. On the 1st visit "Johnny" spent over a hour prattling on and we had other appointments so we had to leave. The then said he could come back and he then tried to get £30.00 off me for a return visit appointment "expense" ..... I refused but he then asked me to sign a form that if we were not in on the 2nd appointment that if we were not in we would pay £30.00. As we intended to be in I signed the "agreement" or his "note". On the 2nd visit we then had another hour and a half visit from "Johnny" with him rambling on trying old fashoned closers tricks of "Half Nelsons and "trial Closes"...... Alas for him to no avail as I know these very old closing tricks tricks.....he even came out with the line "So you don't trust me then?" .... Errrr Mate.... I have never met you before so why would I trust you?? ..... The whole thing was from a episode of "Minder"...... He DID NOT give us a card.... He did NOT leave any Brochures, I had to take a photo of his WRITTEN IN BIRO "information" that he left me.... At the "end" of the "presentation" "Johnny" sort of refused to leave, pretending (Again, he also did this on the 1st visit) to ring his office waiting their advices.... I did not throw him out biut I did have to ask him to leave as we were going out again (He HAD been told about this) asking him to send me INFORMATION by email about the company and the products.... I has recieved so far NOTHING from them and so off " Johnny" trotted off. I got no emails with info. Several days later I got a sucession of phone calls from this lot the 1st asking about "Johnny" and why I "Threw him out" to which I said I did not "throw him out" and that he was "encamped" in my house and I wanted to go out.... I then got more calls from them at each call I asked for the information on the quote and company and products but to this VERY DAY I have had ZERO..... Now here is the twist ...... Several days later on the 17th September I was at a party and was talking to someone who had had Solar and Batteries put in his house and my wife and I went for a look at it. I all looked good and the bloke owning it was all happy..... So I got details off him and the form supposidly that installed his ......Absolute Renewables ........ On my "experience" with time wasting "Johnny" I would say "Caveat Emptor" but the bloke at the party who "has" one of their systems was hapopy with it so far apart form not being able to het a 2nd battery off them. Caveat Emptor Gang....

Signed up with this company and paid nearly £2000 deposit on 2nd June. Their initial assessment at the time of the deposit taken by debit card was that installation would be fine and scaffolding could be erected at the front and side of my property to install the panels on the rear elevation. 11 weeks later, still no sign of an installation date and then they finally advised they could not do the job and so cancelled. I requested a full refund at the end of August, and they had the cheek to say it was myself being unreasonable to have the panels fitted to the front of my property, when the contract clearly advised the rear.
I had to seek legal advice to obtain my refund four weeks after they cancelled the job. I had to write to the RECC and my bank to request them to refund my deposit. I must have had 20+ conversations, and left numerous messages, with little or no reply to most of them.
The worst company i have ever had to deal with even though they agreed everything on the day i signed up would be fine, and took my deposit.
Trust me, choose another more reliable company if you want a trouble free transaction for solar panels.
In the end i could not trust anything they said, as they tell you what you want to hear and fob you off with excuses.
If i could give this company zero stars i would as i have lost 4 months of good weather and possible savings on my electricity, without even an apology when they cancelled the job on the 28th Aug.

Had our solar panels 2 years paid £12000 now have a fault and no one’s interested even though they are supposed to have a 10 year guarantee!

Had Johnny call round to go through solar panel qoute.
Qoute which was ok.he needed 500.00 deposit.which we paid.
They said they could arrange finance.but decided to get loan myself,but was unsuccessful.
Johnny came back to visit again & tried himself,but
Rates weren't viable.so I phoned office spoke to danielle who was dealing with everything to say,couldn't get finance & would like deposit back.
She took bank details to send money,but still waiting 4 weeks.contacted her on several occasions,she said will contact head office to pay,but nothing paid.
So now I will seek legal advise & trading standards.
I advise anyone dealing with this company be aware & dont pay anythink upfront.

We had 6 panels installed and we are really pleased with the quality of the equipment and the installation. The only issue we had was having to book extra holidays off work (last minute) due to the installation date moving twice. However Absolute Solar compensated us for this so all in all happy to recommend absolute solar.

Danielle Lockwood, who works for Absolute Renewables, has been a great help to me regarding the installation of solar panels at my home. She has always been at the end of the phone and very willing to help me wherever she can. She is a lovely person and has a lovely personality. Her help, knowledge and assistance has been great and I cannot thank her enough.

Absolute Solar supplied and installed our solar panels and battery storage system 2 weeks ago. From our initial inquiry through to installation, everyone we spoke to at Absolute was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and made the whole process seamless. Our panels were fitted in less than a month from placing our order and we are delighted with them. The App to monitor them is very easy to use and you can see exactly how effective they are even without full sun on them. The only downside I would say is that that the scaffolding stayed up longer than originally promised which was an inconvenience for us and our neighbours

my dad had solar panels fitted by this company and they were absolutely great from the start right to the finish, the whole process was amazing and made sure to keep us updated no matter what. Its been 2 months and his panels have been exceeding what they said they would do

Over 5 hours of sales pitch with unnecessary talk about other things than the sales matter. At the end, who we chose to wait and not take up the be green scheme, got aggressive and called another lady in the office who was also unprofessional. They would not let us think for 48 hours to consider the quote. We had to literally escort him out of the house as he did not want to leave.
The product seemed good but the aggression when we were not comfortable was unbelievable, unprofessional and did not bore well for the company.

We have been considering solar for a couple of months since our electricity bill doubled in May.

We had a few companies give us quotes however we decided with absolute for a few reasons; the original representative was very knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. The installation went ahead as planned.

We’re now just looking forward to seeing how the system affects our bills.
