An excellent service for military personnel. My main interaction has been with Kelly Johns who provided a clear and concise presentation and then offered very swift follow-up with a 1-to-1 call to talk through services offered and give advice. Nothing was pushed or felt rushed but she diligently outlined what was available at a cost that was accessible and reasonable.

Kelly Johns speaks from a wealth of experience including overseas tours to Afghanistan where she supported personnel with welfare services at the most poignant time for many through the most demanding challenges, which I found added the lived experience touch many can’t relate. I recommend her to anyone in need with circumstances due to additional role related risks that demand the most tailored approach as she understands the military from both soldier, airmen or sailor to military families.
