What a pleasure to find About Roofing. They delivered in a 26 ton lorry without any problems when Gravel-master couldn’t manage with an 18 ton one. The latter didn’t let me know, cancelled the order and charged me £80 for their trouble.

I ordered am item listed as "in stock" for click and collect expecting to pick it up the same day. The day is done but no communication to pick it up or if there's been a problem from the seller.

I ordered a mushroom cowl which was shipped using DPD when arrived it was in about 8 pieces. George who I spoke to arranged for another to be sent via a courier on a pallet. It arrived very quickly in one piece. Very good service thank you

I needed some used clay tiles.
I needed some used clay tiles for my current job. Found them online .& ordered. Within the next day they was ready to collect at my local branch. Staff were very helpful.

No update on 5 days later called in to be told they had none in stock so ordered it and will be with me in a few days. Terrible, with the bad weather I needed the item a lot sooner! First and last time ordering.
