Swift dispatch of made to measure window film. The film is excellent quality, easy to install and looks great. The film is also much better quality than stuff you buy on Amazon and lets in the correct amount of light without compromising privacy,

I purchased the Dual reflective night vision silver. The application went smoothly and I was really pleased.
A few days later my daughter complained it was too hot in the room and that the window is hot as well.
The film absorbs the heat making the window a radiator. I think it’s good in the winter!
Be aware that the film will impact the natural light. It looks like it’s always cloudy and depressing
After a week I had to remove the film from the window. Funny enough it came off really easy I’ve ordered some blinds that go inside the window frame now from somewhere else.

Quick delivery and easy to put up and has provided privacy to the room needed during the day. However 3 stars as its definitely not reduced the heat as I found out in the heatwave to hit London. So I will be back to blinds constantly closed in the summer 🥲

Item arrived three days later, when I questioned why they said it was covered in the small print that they did not deliver on weekends. This is not clear at checkout Customer services no help at all!

Really rubbish product. Looks terrible and is hard to apply. Looked sort of ok for a day and as soon as the sun hit the windows it, even lines of tiny bubbles appeared, it look like bubble wrap. Total waste of money, at £120.

Recently place an order for alcantara from Abode. Unfortunately Evri lost the order. On calling Abode, they immediately sent out a replacement first class post.

Excellent service and will use again.

Should add the product is great as well!!

Poor quality produce and abysmal customer service!!

I purchased the reeded window film and followed the installation guide exactly as stated.

Within several days the film had started to peel off.

I relayed my concern with the company who refused a refund or provide me with a replacement!

Avoid!!

I have ordered the low-e 50 window film from the company on several occasions (6 times in total) and have had no problem with the quality of the film and the delivery. It has always arrived within about 5 days from ordering, sometimes I have ordered at the weekend or at night - this includes the courier transit time. Well done.

These guys seem to have scraped the bottom of the barrel with their customer service team who have less intelligence than my 4 year old and their policies which seem to come from 1986.

Really, really appalling product and customer service who seem to enjoy arguing with clients.

A total embarrassment of a business who I would never buy from again.

Other than that they were great...

Called to inquire why I'd no confirmation of delivery and I'd like to cancel as they promised a 3 day delivery only to be spoken to by Tracy like I was a idiot.
The website states delivery within 3 days but Tracy insisted I should have read the small print and when I mentioned the bad reviews i was reading she replied
"Well i wouldn't buy from such a poor company if she'd read them.".
I thought it was a rude and dismissive answer..with No customer interest..
She then lied in a replied email, (after I emailed and reminded her about our conversation)
That she didn't say it will be out next afternoon or ny Fri
She insisted I couldn't cancel it or get a refund and should receive it by Monday which actually breached the 7 days small print she told me I SHOULD HAVE READ
Luckily I recorded the telephone call so I emailed back and said I had recorded the conversation in which she clearly says that..
I've now had reported her rude and dismissive attitude to paypal as on principle
I don't want to buy anything from a company that treats customers like cr°°p and then change the goal post to suit themselves..
Was like dealing with ome of the dodgy online sites from China
Steer clear and save your money poor service and rude ..
I'm still waiting for my privacy screen..

The website is helpful for choosing the right product for your needs and explained details I hadn’t considered. It’s helpful for entering the correct measurements and easy to order with prompt confirmation of order details. I had a question that was answered quickly and completely via email and my order was dispatched the same same day. A good quality product, too. I recommend this company.

I'm extremely happy with the window film..although the instructions were confusing. I'm pleased my Husband spoke to a very helpful lady on customer services who explained the correct way to take the backing film off. We found it so easy to do and the result is fantastic.

Utterly impossible to use. I am normally pretty good at this sort of thing, but all three windows that I wanted to cover were an absolute disaster. It's one big sticky mess in the bin now. An expensive waste of money.

They still have the feefo rating of 5 stars on their website. Very misleading. They are not a member and the reviews are +4 years old

I ordered from them as their website states same days dispatch if ordered by 1pm. I’ve had no confirmation email or any correspondence since ordering. They don’t reply to online form or answer the phones.

Save your money and go elsewhere - you will definitely get better customer service from another company!!

Cannot comment on the product as I’m still waiting for it to be delivered but don’t hold out much hope from the other reviews.

No communication from seller but product itself lovely and looks beautiful in our bathroom. Straightforward enough to install thanks to super clear instructions

Gorgeous designs for a reasonable price!
Works perfectly with dish soap and water. The scraper it comes with it great and doesn’t harm the design.

Waste of money, time and effort - first of all had issues with delivery as initially no information was sent to me, so i had no idea what status it was in. Upon receiving it, well, the instructions are 1. Confusing and the grammar is terrible and 2. really extensive. Followed the process of cleaning the window, applying the tape in the corners to apply it to the window - both sets of film curled up on itself, and ended up in the bin. Absolutely appalled, don't bother with this company, definitely go elsewhere.

So easy to put up . Make sure you measure carefully and the area is dust free and windows really clean.

The film was very difficult. I have applied window films several times but this brand was awful.
Applied plenty of slip but the film had creases, I ditched the first attempt thinking it was my fault but the second attempt was just as bad. I know I didn’t crease it but there were marks down the film. So binned that piece as well. What a waste of money.

Ordered on 23/11/23. The confirmation identified that the product would be delivered by Royal Mail within 2-3 days. However the day after ordering I received a My Hermes tracking link indicating the order was with them. 13 days later it is still with them with no indication of progress. I raised this with Abode two days ago and asked them to contact Evri, however, they just told me the order was with the courier, which I already knew, and that it would arrive within two days. Two days later, still no order or change to the tracking information. I have set a deadline and will cancel if not received by then.
