ABN registration not received promptly
I registered my ABN online. Yes, it was a 15-minute registration as advertised but I did not receive my registration details promptly. Three days after registration, I received my ABN after I followed up.

It only took me about 5 minutes to fill the online form for an ABN. I thought I will have to answer lots of questions and have to look through papers to give all the info needed. It was just very quick and easy. thank you

REACTIVE MANAGEMENT LACKING
"Your ABN direct to your inbox in just 15 minutes"..that was the convincing words on your website and I immediately subscribe your services.
I waited and waited and waited..
A few days later,I had a chat with your rep and was informed there was a delay on the government site registering the ABN.
I dont have to explain anymore but would suggest you honestly keep to your words.And if there is some delay, at least have the courtesy to inform me of the delay, rather me coming to you asking for the status.
Honest from me.
