Tried to reach support on Saturday night around 11pm and the chat was just offline. No notice, just unavailable. I had a question about a bonus that expired. Email support hasn’t replied in two days. The games are fine but support hours should be clearer.
Submitted my ID and bank statement three times because they kept saying the quality wasn’t good enough. Took nearly two weeks to get verified. I get that security matters but this felt excessive. Once approved the deposit worked fine, but the wait almost made me quit.
