Excellent service and advice! The walking stick that was recommended for my mother was perfect, thank you!

Absolutely brilliant.
After being let down by a.n.other.company, I arrived at this shop (Bournemouth branch) around 4pm Friday 22.04.2022, after finding them on the internet and they hired me a scooter till Sunday with no problems at all. The staff were super helpful, polite and most of all listened to my predicament.

My Dad has an Abelworld mobility scooter. It comes apart easily to fit in the car boot. Last week when I was visiting we went out for a trip but I couldn’t get the scooter to work so we put it back in the car and went to the shop. The support was given in a friendly way and I was shown that I had accidentally put it into freewheel - there was no fault. I wasn’t made to feel foolish or that I was wasting anyone’s time. Very grateful, thank you.

The staff have been invariably cheerful and helpful with my parents and my Dad’s mobility scooter . They helped him choose one suitable for him and not too heavy to lift into my car and have quickly sorted out a battery problem and today a user error and a missing nut, all with a smile

Hi folks, I went to the Kinson branch of Ableworld a few days ago to ask for some technical advice and spare parts. Well, they were great, all questions answered and all spares aquired.

The five stars says it all, we called in to Ableworld to look at wheelchairs. We were met by Chris who asked all the relevant questions and then guided us through the choice of wheelchairs. He was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us choose a well priced and quality built wheelchair. We were not pushed into a sale, just helped with options etc. If the need arises that we need further items to help my Mum, Chris at Ableworld will be our first call. Thank you

Thank you to Chris and Kevin at Ableworld, Kinson, Bournemouth. We have had to visit them twice over the last two weeks owing to an emergency which needed several items sourcing very quickly. These items included a riser recliner chair and a wheelchair and Chris and Kevin have been so helpful each time. They gave us a very friendly welcome and were very knowledgeable about all their products. We were able to buy everything we needed and delivery was arranged extremely quickly. They have really helped us out in a difficult time.
I would not use any other mobility store after my experience at Ableworld.

I visited Ableworld in Kinson, Bournemouth, to see if they could fix my husband's rolator. Chris said to leave it with him and he'd have a look. I went back the next morning to pick it up, all in working order.

We have recently purchased a reclining chair and wheelchair and on both occasions were served by Chris. His knowledge and personal experience was invaluable to us in making the right purchases for my parents. He does not influence the sale towards the most expensive products which is appreciated. On both occasions we visited on a Sunday as this is the only day we have available-this is important to us. No doubt we will be visiting again when another issue arises and another product is needed. Ableworld Bournemouth

I recently bought a 3-wheel walker from Ableworld in Bournemouth and Chris very diligently talked me through the various options of seats and shopping trays etc. This helped me decide which was best suited for my mum and she is very pleased with it.
Chris and the other assistant in the shop were very informed and helpful and I did not feel under pressure to buy.

Anyone planning a visit to the shop should ignore the A-Z map directions and simply go to Kinson High Street - the shop is to the right of the large Tesco store.

I visited the Bournemouth branch and was helped by Eddie and Chris, the nicest guys who immediately put me and my family at ease. As a forty year old who needed a mobility scooter, I was apprehensive. Nothing was too much trouble. They guided me to the most suitable for my needs after trying several in the shop and outside on the pavement. Their knowledge was amazing. I settled on one and have used it all summer, I have yet to find a hill it can't manage! Thank you for being wonderful at your jobs and giving me my freedom back.

Great service at Kinson. All staff friendly. Their knowledge helped me to find the right mobility scooter.

Having tried a buggy for a couple of weeks, at a hire cost of £160, I decided to buy a similar model. The cost of the hire was deducted from the price. Helpful staff, including Chris, at Ableworld in Kinson, Bournemouth.

Took mother into the Kinson store, to buy a mobility scooter. Chris was amazing with her, very patient and helpful. I thoroughly recommend his service.
