Throughout the process I found Able Surveyors very prompt and professional - the booking was easy and the Level 2 report produced within a day of the survey. The report was very comprehensive and useful. Very good value for money.
Excellent service - I would certainly use them again

I got in contact with able surveyors ltd on Friday after needing an urgent Level 3 survey. The survey was booked for Monday and on Tuesday morning I got the report back. The report was well written and very helpful. The price was very competitive. Thank you so much Dean- I highly recommend the company and their services. I will be using them again in the future if needed.

I booked with Able Surveyors on Sunday, completing the payment on Monday. They booked the survey for Wednesday and received the report the next day. When I emailed questions regarding issues raised in the report Jack was prompt to reply. Would use and will recommend them to any friends looking to buy or move

Service was very efficient with the report received within 24 hours of the survey.
We had a number of follow up questions which Jack answered very promptly, comprehensively and patiently.
In my experience access to the surveyor post receiving the report is vital and I was very happy in this respect

I have used Able Surveyors on two occasions and for both surveys I have received the reports very quickly (next day in one case). The reports are thorough and easy to consume and the surveyor was responsive and helpful when I had follow up questions. I would definitely use them again in future

Great service from Able. Report was provided promptly after site visit and they were happy to answer queries and assist after the survey took place. Great customer service from start to finish

The whole process from start to finish was so simple. Buying and selling a house is stressful at the best of times so when you want to have a survey done and you’re spending another bit of money on it you want it to be as easy and stress free as possible and that’s exactly what this was.
They got the survey booked in within a couple of days, completed the survey and provided the report the next day. They covered everything we asked and included what to have our solicitors ask for too.
Thank you, Able!

Outstanding service. Needed a survey done fairly urgently, and the whole process was complete in 3 days. I paid extra for the fast track service and received the report that evening. It was thorough, detailed and to a high standard. I managed to send it off to my conveyancer the next day. None of the 'we'll get back to you soon' rubbish. They give you a provisional day before making the payment giving you the confidence that it is already locked in at the time of payment. The sign up form was fast, easy, and they are fast to reply. I would certainly use again.

From the moment we made payment, everything moved quickly and smoothly — the survey was booked in ASAP and the communication throughout was clear, calm, and reassuring (which we very much needed!).

The turnaround time absolutely blew us away — the full report landed in our inbox by 9am the following morning after the survey took place, which was far quicker than expected and really helped us keep things moving without stress.

In the report, he walked us through what he was checking and why, and helped demystify a lot of the scary-sounding bits in the survey — things like chimneys, electrics, older construction quirks, and general “this is just what houses from 1900 are like” issues. Instead of just listing problems, he explained what was normal, what was worth keeping an eye on, and what genuinely mattered versus what was more routine maintenance. As people who had no idea what was reasonable and what wasn’t, this was hugely reassuring.

Pricing was also extremely reasonable compared to other surveyors we contacted, and for the level of detail, clarity, and peace of mind we got, the value for money was excellent. A special shout-out as well to the lovely lady on the phone — she was an absolute joy to speak to, super friendly and helpful, and made the whole process feel easy from the very first call.

Overall, a genuinely brilliant service: thorough and reassuring. We’d recommend Ross and the team in a heartbeat — especially to fellow first-time buyers who might be feeling a bit overwhelmed!

Excellent comprehensive report and quick turnaround time. When I needed to phone to ask questions these were answered promptly and effectively. Will use again and recommend to other friends buying locally.

When procuring a survey, we looked at quotes from 7-8 different providers, and Able stood out. They offered a very reasonable price and were clear, quick and professional in their communications. Once we'd signed up with them, the survey was booked in for less than a week later, and Ross sent over the results of the survey the morning after it had taken place, which is an amazing turnaround. The survey itself was clear and detailed and given us real confidence in our next steps.

Communications with Able was very quick and easy to arrange. We needed a last minute survey on a house we are purchasing and they delivered - even in the post-Christmas rush. Thanks again!

Quick and easy to arrange the survey and the report was issued the next day. Dean was happy to discuss my queries and very helpful and informative. Would recommend

Thorough review of the property and extremely quick turnaround time on the survey (24hrs). Very happy.

I had a Level 3 survey carried out by Dean from Able Surveyors and couldn’t be happier with the service. The survey was booked very quickly, the inspection was thorough, and I received the report shortly afterwards. The report itself was extremely detailed and easy to understand. Dean was also very responsive to emails and happy to clarify any points. Highly recommend.

What an amazing experience! Everything went smoothly, with outstanding communication throughout. We got our report in no time, and its thoroughness was invaluable in helping us buy our new house!

very fast service and appointments were easily available. Detailed report received very quickly. Would highly recommend.

Jack Sullivan is an amazing surveyor who has done a very detailed level 3 survey for a house I am in the process of buying. The documentation is clear and concise highlighting what needs fixing as well as associated cost. He is also very responsive on emails if you require further clarification. Thanks for the amazing work!

AbleSurveyors have been a pleasure to work with. They came back to me very quickly after my initial enquiry with all of the information so no further questions were needed. The survey was done and the report was received also very quickly. The report was very thorough. Cannot recommend enough!

Seamless process, I booked the survey online, & Able took it from there….appointment was organised, survey completed by Dean & next day I had a full comprehensive report.
Very efficient company. Couldn’t ask for more! Very happy customer & I comment them to you wholeheartedly.
