A and B Crystal Collection was founded by brothers and childhood friends in 2014. When one of our founders first glimpsed three dimensional engraved crystal on his honeymoon, we were all mesmerized and immediately recognized its potential as a small business. Within months we had joined forces with other local small businesses, moved into a warehouse, and began studying the photo conversion and engraving process. Since those first days in 2014, we have grown our business, honed our craft, and fulfilled over 20,000 orders to individuals and businesses alike. We have had the blessing of playing a role in the countless celebrations, holidays, and cherished memories of our valued customers.

The piece is extremely nice
The piece is extremely nice. Exactly as described.
My issue is with the engraving that I asked for. I send the company logo and asked that it be Engraved. That didn’t happen. I’m having to have it engraved elsewhere. Other than that it’s a very unique piece.

This company has awesome customer…
This company has awesome customer service. They respond to emails in a very timely manner. The pricing for a personalized crystal is unbelievably reasonable. I have now ordered two for gifts and the receivers of them were very impressed and stated “this is the best gift ever”. I will be ordering more in the future for gifts.
The fact this is a Canadian company is the icing on the cake 😃

Images of grandchildren…
How the images of the grandchildren's faces were captured so well. I was overjoyed to see these images reflected on the backside of the crystal as well.

We’re so delighted to hear how much you loved the crystal! Capturing the little details in your grandchildren’s faces and bringing them to life in 3D is exactly what we aim for, and we’re thrilled it brought you so much joy. The mirrored reflection on the backside is one of our favorite touches too — it makes the memory feel even more special.
Thank you for trusting us with such a meaningful keepsake. 💎❤️
Exceptional Service and Beautiful Quality
I had an amazing experience with AB Crystal Collection when ordering a custom 3D crystal photo for our good friends’ anniversary. Initially, we mistakenly thought it was their 15th anniversary and placed our order accordingly. The next day, I realized it was actually their 20th anniversary. I called the company right away, and even though the crystal had already been made, they kindly refunded the full amount without hesitation.
I immediately placed a corrected order, and to my surprise, the new crystal arrived right on time. The 3D engraving was absolutely stunning, and the packaging was elegant and high quality—perfect for gifting. I was genuinely impressed by both their customer service and the craftsmanship of their work. I will definitely be ordering from AB Crystal Collection again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a meaningful, personalized gift.
