Photo arrived portrait instead of landscape, poor quality, very zoomed in with one of the people almost cut out and not central at all. I sent an email and attached a photo of the print, requesting a replacement or refund but the reply was very rude. They stated straight to me that the photo was fine even though it quite clearly wasn't and that the people were the centre of focus. The responses to my very legitimate complaints were extremely unprofessional, would not use this company again

Fabulous really pleased with what I got just now wished I had gone larger Highland Cow print was the chosen print I was a bit perplexed with the amount of words and I only chose a minimum after the main word if I order againI will use all the choices other than that I lovs love love what I ordered and received quick delivery good packaging great no issues

abc prints are definatly the best company of anything ive ever orderd of the internet,i orderd some laminated memorial prints for my daughters memorial,iam not the technicaly minded person but they helped me through the process,nothing was to much trouble them and the prints they produced for me where superb .thank you so much abc prints.i would highly recomend this company to everyone

Unfortunately when I received my order the frame had been damaged in transit. I emailed ABC Prints with some pictures, they were extremely apologetic and arranged a complete replacement of both the print and frame which arrived the following day. Excellent customer service.
