Fantastic service at Abbfabb
I had a fantastic experience with Abbfabb recently, and I wanted to give a big shoutout to Sian for her exceptional customer service. I ordered with next-day delivery, but unfortunately, DHL didn't deliver on time. Sian, however, went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Sian contacted me directly to let me know there was an issue with the delivery and immediately refunded the next-day shipping cost. She didn't just stop at the refund! Sian also chased DHL for me to ensure the package arrived the next day.
On top of that, I had a separate issue with a pair of scissors I previously purchased. Sian offered to have them looked at and even sent a replacement pair when the original pair needed sharpening. Sian's attentiveness, proactive approach, and solution-oriented mindset made my experience with Abbfabb truly exceptional. I highly recommend Abbfabb for their great products and, especially, their outstanding customer service!
