After searching for a reliable and responsive Heat Pump servicing company after my installer let me down a number of times Abacus was most helpful and attended when they said they would. At a reasonable price also. Peace of mind now I have signed up to the service plan and can call on them when needed.

Brilliant service and quality from start to finish
James and Michael were brilliant, they guided us through the technicals of the heat pump system and the complexity of the Renewable Heat Incentive. Their effort and investment upfront was in stark contrast to other installers, and once the works began they were quick, tidy and the work was done to such a high quality that other trades working on the house have complimented the pipework and finish.
Aftercare has been just as good, with Michael diagnosing potential faults or identifying adjustments to the system remotely before we had even noticed. The product provided (a Nibe F2040 air source heat pump) is really high quality, has a 7 year warranty and easily coped with keeping a 4 bed 1930s semi detached warm this winter, and bills have been as expected when Abacus designed the system.
Moving away from fossil fuel heating is the future and this has been a great way to do that without compromising or having any nasty surprises. Cannot recommend highly enough

After having troublesome air source…
After having troublesome air source heat pumps from a now defunct UK company, we decided to change to a NIBE unit.
Michael from Abacus carried out the installation in a very professional manner and was really knowledgeable on the unit.
My heating costs have dropped considerably, around 30%. The unit is also extremely quiet.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Abacus and NIBE
