I run a small business and appointed Abacai in 2019 to manage our accounting. Since on-boarding with them we have had a fantastic experience. Adam and his team helped us transition to a fully cloud based accounting system making our lives much easier from a day to day book keeping point of view. Adam also gives us a monthly meeting to discuss business performance and areas of improvement which we have found invaluable.

Transformative Accounting
Before using Abacai, our accounts were difficult to manage as we were a small team trying to organise travel expenses, accommodation expenses and invoicing customers. Within a week of switching to Abacai, they had streamlined our accounting system to the point that it practically runs itself. Cannot recommend Abacai more!

Abacai are fantastic! As a Regional Director of a company, managing the business finances for my region always felt like a chore. However, the guys at Abacai introduced the other directors and I, to simpler and more efficient ways of tracking our finances through automated systems. Now managing finances has become much easier and no longer feels like a chore. I’m impressed with how thorough and diligent they are with their work.

Professional, reliable and extremely proactive
We've been really impressed with Abacai. From the beginning, it was clear that they had a genuine interest in our business and they wanted to fully understand our model so that they could improve our financial systems. Since leaving our previous accountants, the whole process has become fully automated, saving us both time and giving us a much clearer picture of our accounts. Straight away, the team at Abacai suggested a number of digital products that would improve our efficiency and they were completely proactive in setting us up with them.
