Horrific company. Avoid at all costs. Brake pads are the worst I have ever used. Customer service is non existent.

Was verbally abused by one of their drivers for letting someone out. Who then asked for me to pull over

Hallo My Name Is Dennis I Have brought my car in the for service problem with with Turbo and injector they told me and charging me £1200 and i just realised that my car is still having the same problem not even accelerating or performing as it should really disappointed with your service and i have given this matter into police hands and they will contact you soon it’s about the golf mk6 Am very disappointed

I ordered a GATES timing belt, they sent a Dayco (different brand) for the wrong engine. I didn't realise until later that it was wrong, sent photos of the belt & confirmed it is wrong, they offered a refund or replacement.

After sending it back to them, they went back on their word and returned it to me. Avoid companies like this on eBay, order parts from the source to save money and headache.

These guys are a bunch of con artists. Ebay are constantly investigating them but they won't ban them from their platform. They are the most dishonest company on ebay and provide no back up. They will keep you reeled in and ask stupid questions and delay tactics , till the ebay refund window closes. They should be reported to police. Avoid them at all costs.

Customer service has been shocking on a number of times. The slugs on the front desk lack basic courtesy and manners.

I would never recommend anyone to go there they are awful.

Bought from this company and eventually when the parts arrived I took it to my mechanic with my car and he did a manufacturers check on the part number and the number didn't exist and clearly stated the parts were not made by them, steer clear of this company

I was quoted a price which was cheaper than everwhere i looked, so i went to the shop to pay the quoted price but was told,"NO WE CANT SELL FOR THAT PRICE,AS ITS OUR COST PRICE" i said ,"well that was how much i was quoted!" the manger said," I can let you have the parts £4 more than my quoted price", i said i cant be bothered ringing around again so i reluctantly handed over my money. SO LESSON IS DONT BELEIVE THE PRICE QUOTED, AS THEY LIE TO YOU!!

I bought alternator pulley tool set. didn't look at the price. the next day I saw that the price was 78 pounds .. which is very expensive for me, but the store refused to take it back.

I bought 2 drive shafts which allegedly have 2 years warranty but the gaiters prematurely worn through in 40days after purchase, these are the responses I had:

1) Sorry this looks like a fitting issue , we could not compensate for this issue.
2) The shafts are fitted into the hubs any type of misalignment can cause issues
3) Faulty wheel bearing , faulty flywheel , damaged control arms and damaged links can all contribute to misalignment

I hope someone with mechanical knowledge sees this review, to see how inept these comments are.

Please be careful of the narrative "warranty" this means nothing.

Bought a Vauxhall Astra Cambelt kit Parts from A2Z motorspares in Sept 2019 and the item failed less than 24hrs it was installed, leading to huge financial loss (6x cost) due to the damage caused to the car engine.. They promised to investigate and compensate for the loss for the financial loss, but only words , no further action till date.

I live in Africa, Botswana and I ordered parts for my Dodge Caliber. The parts were delivered to me timeously. The team handles issues professionally and if they erroneously deliver what you did not order, they replace it immediately at no cost.
